Re: Rumour - Phil Parkinson

You were talking about management exposure at Championship level, you can't bring time as an assistant manager or League 1 / 2 into that. You've taken no account of club circumstance. Colchester, Bradford and Bolton were all very successful jobs for Parky yet you seem to want to put the mist negati...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Millwall (h) sponsored by Terry Hurlock

The official site are saying both Mannone and Walker are injured, so on the basis both were fit last game (Mannone was on the bench) they've both got injured in training??

Re: Gourlay

We know so little yet complain so much! It’s been said that the Meite deal is very dependent on performances; a 4 year deal could be dependent on 20 appearances per season, 10 goals, adherence to a pitch positioning strategy... who knows! Let’s just remember that everyone who slated Novakovich for ...

Re: Gourlay

Watts's contacts at the club now are likely to be individuals Gorley has moved on for non performance over a number of years, I've no problem with that as the whole thing needs a shake up; if difficult decisions have had to be made, so be it.

Re: Gourlay Out

He's taking this club backwards. Never seems to appreciate the fans either. Shall we get a Gourlay out sign for the Millwall game? Atmosphere at West Brom was so toxic against Gourlay. He's clearly the problem and has to go or we will keep tumbling. The club has been going backwards since 2012, he'...

Re: On this day

I actually think we were 2-0 down at half time if that game is the play-off season and McGhee was still around then. Remember Simon Osborn scoring.... I'm pretty sure we were along the touchline somewhere as the ground was in the middle of re-development; I could be completely wrong though and that ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Hull City (h) sponsored by a distinct lack of Saturday home wins

The worrying thing is who we have lost to at home, 2 sides that will end up lower mid table, one relegation candidate, and one side who could possibly be in the play off mix. 4 defeats out of 4 to them spells relegation.

Re: The Local Journo Thread

Low is saying tonight that Adkins oversaw Prem relegation...that's extremely harsh. We were as good as down when he came in.

He joined on false promises after we'd just lost at home to 2 relegation rivals (Wigan & Villa) and had around 8 games left, most against the big 6.

Re: The Local Journo Thread

Low appears to have no contacts at all at the Club; most of his articles have been on social media for days. I don't see the point any more of GetReading/In your area/London football or what ever it is now.
