Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round

A surprising amount of shouts for Big Sam. That would be awful. You say that, but without Allardyce, England wouldn't have got to the World Cup semi finals Excellent point. That was a tricky game against Slovakia that only a manager of his calibre could contend with. I think he means it is thanks t...

Good point. He approved them and now they are going to be in real trouble going forward. I bet Ian and his boys are writing letters to the club begging for a stay of execution.

Think he could do far better than us. He is someone the likes of Newcastle would bring in if Benitez goes.

Managed Shamrock Rovers quite successfully too so he has expeience of living and working there. Wouldn't see any issue the supporters would have, I think times have changed and the attitudes have changed a fair bit.

Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round

MON has resigned/sacked from the Ireland job. I can't see many great candidates for the job. Michael O'Neill maybe? He's done a great job with Norn Iron. How would the moving of him from NI to Rep Ireland go down? Get the impression from social media that the Irish fans would take Peter Sutcliffe a...

Hey man, not all us on the spectrum are like that! Yeah I know that, Maffff most definitely is though. ADHD potentially, but no autism or aspergers here. I'm more concerned that I featured in your offline conversation..... get a life OMA. The man who spends 23 hours a day on Twitter talking about t...

Re: Loader to Bundesliga

Without a doubt. Was destined for failure. Hardly been given a chance by the idiot that signed him, has he?! Perhaps if Clem the Clown had given McNulty a chance and persisted with him like he has with the much more expensive disappointment Aluko, he would have fulfilled the potential he was showin...

Re: England - the future....

Since when did we start caring about how we score goals? I couldn't give a toss if every single goal we scored until the end of time came from a corner as long as we are successful. Goal snobbery is pointless.

Re: Gourlay gone

Corrected for you This is another bizarre obsession of the Reading supporters. Everyone appears to have a massive hard on for Steven Reid despite none of us actually knowing how involved or uninvolved he was at the club or what he actually did. I'll see your Steven Reid and raise to Sal Bibbo. Agai...

Re: Loader to Bundesliga

Yeah in theory that is ideal. I dont htink at this stage we should be considering getting rid of our strikers, they are scoring well in a shocking team. It is an easy decision to make in my eyes - drop Aluko from the bench put Loader on it. Meite isnt going anywhere with his new contract unless a d...

Re: England - the future....

Can't remember a time when I was more excited about our national team. Our games are exciting on the whole and more importantly we are actually winning games when it matters. To beat Spain away from home and to come from behind to beat Croatia are things we would never have been able to do 10-20 ye...
