Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Big Mike was a nobber who convinced everyone we were resigning Gylfi, through various vague posts based on information that was reported elsewhere. Meltdown. https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5086cca1c4aa785848ed57d1/1515026523841-XJBZHVSDFD7ZXE29RW98/image-asset.gif?format=1000w Ahh yes.

Also, never got back to the below being pointed out. About 2 seconds. If you don't like it, fcuk off back to your Bournemouth vlog. I mean, you went pretty much AWOL from here for a couple of years until, all of a sudden, you've got a vlog to promote so roll your eyes all you want, your return seem...

From Despair To Where? I must be imagining this but I'm sure he was presenting himself as a personal development coach at one point.

Motivational speaker wasn’t it.

Him and andrew both, then they both went a bit mad iirc.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Typical that he'll be right predicting bad news last week and wrong predicting good news this week. I think its decent account with high accuracy, but do worry he has gone early with the corner flag.... In Huang we trust! https://media2.giphy.com/media/1xkMucz3jc5AGB4elL/100.webp?cid=6c09b952b6eppx...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

I tend to only go on Twitter when something is referenced on here. It's a cesspool of idiocy. I was in a few RFC Facebook groups but left them all because they're largely occupied by insufferably thick twats and my feed was being swamped with nonsense. And yet, you still frequent this portal, etc.....

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Love him or hate him, trust him or not but Huang Kad has just posted a picture of a corner flag. One of those situations where you don't trust the account but know it has been right on more than one occasion (wrong on others) and hope this is one more occasion where it is right. Does anyone remembe...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

It shouldn't block any sale of the club/stadium to any potential owner as the club don't own the training ground any more due to Dai's shiftiness, so club is just a name. Now Dai could try and throw that in and muck things up with the alleged deal but if this is all as people expect, Dai has a very...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Cambridge United (h)

An excellent performance. Cambridge didn't press us like Wycombe did and we just rang rings around them. Thought Savage benefited from having the space to play and did very well. Both him and Wing's movement was better than the last few games I've seen and we looked consistently fluid and dangerous...

windermereROYAL Just guesswork that it could potentially baulk the sale, nobody outside of the clubs knows, stop panicking.

No one is panicking

On the plus side, we may not have the 2 suspended points hanging over our head by next Monday.

We'd at least know for certain where we stand on magic number.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Cambridge United (h)

Seen a few people say that Mola has gotten better with more game time. I'd tend to agree, always has looked shaky, but apart from the Wycombe penalty fiasco, the last 2 games are the best games I've seen him play for us. Versatile across the back 4 is always handy as well. Looked to get forward wit...

Tbf, Craig was ahead of his time. He wanted to talk shit at people long before it became popular to be a talentless dim influencer rather than get a real job.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

Linden Jones' Tash in this 'sustainable' model, what level of annual losses in L1 are we expecting a prospective new owner to carry?

I would say the goal should be, after player sales, no more than £1m - £2m max. Ideally fluctuating with break even and small profits.

Maybe add a million at Champ level.

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

But then your entire strategy relies upon promotion. Sustainable? You can build a good team, but it can all be ruined by any number of external factors. Ref howler in a big game. ACL injury to key player. Manager poached mid season. The width of a post. If people want a sustainable club, that means...

Re: TAKEOVER *NOT* CONFIMRED

There's not a string of clubs stupid enough to pay £5m for a Tshibola. And fees for graduates in L1 are pittance in comparison. Championship talents can easily command £15m - £20m. I think the L1 record was when Brentford bought Toney for an initial £5m rising to £10m with add ons, all of which hav...
