Nameless Not sure whether to be amazed, bemused or amused that both Wieser and Gravenberch have got themselves injured.
Some sort of shopping incident ?
A tussle over the Xbox controller ?

Of course, cos as a professional sportsman their only active time is on a matchday!!

Oh. Thanks for that.
I'd assumed that all they do apart from 90 mins on saturday is play golf and get tattoos done.

Normally I'd suggest splinters from sitting on the bench, but they'd be lucky to get on it in the first place...

Bond (remember him) is alo injured according to Jonathan Low on the EP webchat today.

Reece is back in training though and no doubt will resume his role as chief defensive benchwarmer, in the absence of Moore and Ilori from the team, on Saturday.

Around the time our season seemed to start to tail off.

Coincidence? I think not.

Apparently it also injured 2 stretcher bearers attempting to carry him off the field.

Liam Kelly doubtful for Friday

Jordon Mutch injured and due a scan today

Both Liam Moore and Paul McShane are currently expected to make the squad for Friday although Paul is due a scan today. No clues as to what is beng scanned - hopefully it's just his passport or some other documentation.

cornflake Dennis Rakels has been selected to play for his national team,Latvia.

Anyone know anything else on this? Does he normally feature for Latvia?

Would love to see him back playing again. Does Stam rate him?

Yeah he's a regular for Latvia, and pretty essential to them as they've been pretty terrible for some years now

The fact Kaspars Gorkks is still their captain, given he seemed past it for us about 3 years ago, says it all. So far in qualifying they've scraped a 1-0 win over Andorra and got beaten at home to the Faroe Islands

Off topic, but for anyone wondering how Gorkss is these days, he recently did an interview with FIFA

Another one for the RFC glue factory production line by the looks. Roberts, Samuel, Kebe, Quinn, Karacan, Tish, Ilori, Rakels...
Given we love crocks so much I'm beginning to wonder why we didn't sign Bradley Wright-Phillips that time.

Shame as I really liked Quinn every time I saw him play.
