I don't think are problem is with not having decent strikers. Yann is a spectator, no service

Would rather see Blackett at centre back and get Obita on instead of Joey. Just so slow

I'd take that, Joey's all at sea.

We are so lucky it's only 2-0, a frankly embarrassing first half. No problem with being outplayed by a better team, but that was gutless.

Hopefully Stam can give them a kick up the arse at half time.

On the bright side Kelly has looked sharp.

The first 20 minutes were embarrassing, totally overawed.

Van Der Berg has been awful and both Gunter and Blackett are being rinsed by Martial/Rashford. So much space for them.

Once we got a foothold we were okay, though. Liam Kelly has been excellent.

2-0 and lucky not to be more down at half time.

Great plan from Stam to give QPR scouts misleading information.

At least ManU are happy to sit back and let us pass the ball across them now their work is done so the scoreline shouldnt be quite so embarrassing as if they were fully bothered.

Feel like we are not moving the ball quick enough in the final third! McCleary has the beating of Blind so we need to get him 1:1 a bit quicker.

Well let's face it, Blackett is not a left back and Joey is not a centre back. No surprise they are getting in behind constantly.

In Gunter's defence, he's come central a few times to help out with the gaping hole surrounding VDB.

Van den berg and Blackett look like total liabilities. Kelly has been very good with his control and composure. The damage has been done though but it's just so frustrating how we collapsed in the first 15 mins.

Just typical Reading though really.

Gunter thieving a living again. Worst player on the pitch by miles

Shape is all wrong for me. We're being destroyed at full back and waltzed through in the middle. Players started terribly.

Think Beerens starting was an error, so little defensive support. For some bizzarre reason we are showing people inside endlessly and getting punished. Gunter may as well not be there. Blackett frequently isn't there. JVDB isn't a CB.

We're not pressing the ball as a team and we're leaving masses of space in behind. A disastrous combination.

A strong sign our game plan isn't workable against top division sides, just like McDermott's title system.

Saying that, we got infinitely better after 15-20 mins, still wide open though.

Kelly and McCleary look good. Moore, Al-Habsi and Evans just have too much to do. Kermie isolated, everyone else poor.

In essence we look like we're used to playing weaker, slower less aware poorer players and haven't got a plan for anyone who is this good.

We are most certainly not giving Utd a game this time.

I just can't understand why we're standing off them? Put a tackle in!
