Oh what I'd give to have Carl Asaba right now.

Dick Habbin's hairdo Aluko - you are simply a disgrace. Completely bottled a 50/50 and then didn't even make an effort for a ball he should have won.

You really think Aluko is reading HNA during the game. You think he just stands around during a game dicking around on his phone? Oh. Actually I'm not so sure.

Can't help but laugh at this point. Last year was depressing now it's just funny. Not like I'm going anywhere if we get relegated. URZ

'Didn't really expect much else than a loss today - we're playing a team that's much higher up in the league than us..........oh'

Good point, but there again there are 23 teams above us.

Still don't understand the logic of unbalancing the defence when you need consistency to accommodate one player (Gunter).

Think Clement has run out of ideas

Why does oxf*rd Baldock shoot from outside the box ffs you couldn't hit a barn door from 2 yards. Let alone 20 metres you twat.

Another poor side leaves the Mad Stad with 3 points.

It's all so tiresome.

Starts Gunter at right back even though Yiadom's been one of our best players. Starts Meyler in a 2-man midfield. Starts Aluko. Ireally wouldn't care if he was sacked

Out of that lot the only people who should be in the squad are:
Yiadom - who I thought was the our best player, again
Moore
Ilori
Bacuna
Barrow - though he is clearly injured

The others who might make the cut: ummm, none. No one. They are just not Championship standard, although Sims has potential.

Those that should just be pensioned off: Meyler. Aluko. Meite.

Just another week at Reading

We are the softest touch in the league. Teams must genuinely look forward to coming here. Know we’ll gift them at least a goal and they’ll walk away with 3 points

I thought Sim's looked weak and totally not cut out for the Championship. Barrow was poor. Meite poor. Thought McNulty looked half decent when on.

prfoster
tmesis Something I was pondering on wednesday night...if you were a scout preparing a report on Reading, and you were asked to name the team's strengths, would you be able to name a single thing we are good at?

LOSING

Well I am now firmly planted in the "Clement out" club. I argued long and often that changing managers quickly is too short-termist and that success is best built on consistency but I'm done with him.
I don't care if he follows this up with 10 game winning streak. He can do nothing to redeem himself in my eyes.

I think everybody agrees the shift of Yiadom, one of our few bright sparks this season, over to the left to accommodate the ever underwhelming Gunter was a joke of a decision.

Meyler got his final chance from me. He's shite. Pure shite. Although it was funny to see him completely misstime a header. Meyler, if you happen to read this, you're a langer.

Baldock might be the worst striker I've seen play for Reading.
