3 games in the space of a week where the only winnable one appears to be Norwich at home, that one is must win. Really think Brentford could be the end for Clement.

I know we're sh!t but Hull at home is surely 'winnable'. Preston only have about 5 points as well (not that we will win there)

My record of watching Reading v Preston apart from the 5-1 at the madj stad a few years back is truly shocking and my record at Deepdale is awful, I don't even think I have even seen us score there let alone get a win...

But, we should have won nearby at Blackburn and those sorts of things can sit in players minds and inspire them.. so with no basis of reason, I can see us getting something up there... An ugly 2-1!

If this happens I will buy you a pie and a pint at any future Reading match you attend.

Didn't QPR sign him on loan from Huddersfield though?

My work colleague Mark Jones is running the line for our game tomorrow. Mark is a Surveyor and a down to earth Yorkshireman.

With our attendances the way they are it will probably cost you about £25.

FiveThirtyEight's forecasts only have a Reading win as the modal (most likely) outcome in one of those games - a probability of RFC win /p(win)=39% vs QPR with p(lose)=32% and p(draw) = 28%.

Norwich are down as slight favorites against us (37% vs 35%) with equal probabilities currently judged for the Hull game (both 36%).

Put that all together and you get 35% * 36% * 39% = 4.9% probability of 9/9 points in our next three home games.

Replace October's 'H v QPR' with tomorrow's 'A v Preston' at p(win) =22%, and add in 'A v Brentford' at p(win)=14% and you get a total probability of 0.39% for 12 points out of the next available 12, or current 'fair odds' of 258-1 for Snowy getting the beers in (albeit compensated by one pie).

(Source- use the search at the top right to just get RFC games)

I was very careful. I didn't say I'd buy everyone a pint each...

Are Mannone and Barrow injured? Seems unlikely they would be completely dropped from the squad. Yet more injuries?

Not loving that side at all tbh

Obvs complete waste of time playing Aluko and Bacuna/Swift/Kelly has proven itself on many occasions to be utterly useless

Back 5 fine. Front 6 a lot less so
