Elm Park Kid Well at least Sky Sports sent an attractive reporter to cover the game. . .

I’m not sure you’re allowed make such statements in the modern era.
You have to chuck in a caveat of ‘shes Very knowledgable about the game’

Royal_jimmy Mick McCarthy...

Come on down!!

That might have been tongue in cheek but we could do far far worse than big Mick.

He's already being linked to other jobs.....one of which is rejoining Ireland. I suspect we may miss the boat.

They're playing Bolton ffs. I know the classic response will be "well they beat us" but they were in good form then with confidence flowing, right now they are on a real slide and on form, one of the worst teams in the division.

Said elsewhere the chap st Fulham might become available soon

Would hold out for someone of that quality rather than the likes of MM

I wouldn’t want him. If we go old school I would go with Bruce. Either way this lot are badly underachieving. Clement can’t have long left. We are four points adrift of 20th.

Nah he’s been there done that.
Ireland are utter tripe and he’d have a thankless job on his hand there.
Reading have some good players that just don’t do it as a unit.
McCarthy would certainly instill some belief back in the side I’d be happy to have him on board.

Anyway it’s all just lip service until Mr Clement gets the sack. It’s coming soon and it’s badly needed.
Make no mistake we are absolutely stuck in a dirty mucky relegation scrap this year.

Good shout. Their one down at the mo and are going for broke already. They might ship a load more goals today and he may be available sooner than you think.

Would tie in nicely :)

What are you morons on? Step forward Mick McCarthy/Steve Bruce/I would rather waitfor the right man?
We aren't actually looking for a manager, we have one and he has not long started the job, give him a chance.
Sir Alex had 4 fruitless and average years at Manchester United before he picked up a trophy. Do you think they would have acheived anything other than what they were doing without him?
Dream on.
