Hendo
Pepe the Horseman You reckon these will be sent out before Christmas? Got one for my elderly father, and hoping to surprise him on Christmas Day x

I doubt it, they might come on Friday but I would think next week would be much more likely.

Tickets came this morning.

Hope yours came too Pepe!

With 10 days to go and 600 tickets left I would have thought there is every chance we'll sell out. I imagine getting tickets hasn't been number 1 priority for a lot of people over the last 3or4 days !

I think they will be able to shift 600 tickets in 10 days. Especially if we pick up 4 or 6 points in the next 2 games.

Last year me and my mates came over from The Netherlands to visit a Reading match. We really enjoyed ourselves and followed the results of the Royals ever since.

We were planning to go on away-trip someday. When we saw the FA Cup draw against Man Utd, it looked liked the perfect oppurtunity, especially with the Jaap Stam-Man Utd background. A bit overexcited we already booked our flights and hotels. Unfortunaltely for us, the away tickets won't probably go in General Sale, and our contacts couldn't help us either. Is there anyone here that maybe could help us out? Thanks a lot.

I think last time I used the metro. It was a bit chaotic coming back though due to she sheer number of people

I usually use the metro and will be again on Saturday. It is absolutely mental (unless you arrive stupidly early) For that reason I have previously got off at Trafford Bar and walked the rest. If you fancy a quieter tram but a longer walk, get the Eccles tram to Pomona or Exchange Quay. The walk is about 15-20 mins, but you are less likely to be squashed into the tram beforehand!!

I'm staying in hotel just near deansgate. Just seen there's a bus that takes about 10 minutes that goes to the ground or past it at least.

Will probably try and maybe walk back after which according to google maps takes about 35 minutes. Probably at least the time I'd spend in a queue

Second the Exchange Quay idea, it's not that far and much easier
