Decent pricing and a ground I've never got to for various reasons. Potentially In...

IN

Why shouldn't we take 2000 for this? Gr8 pricing, always seem to do vaguely well up there and it should be a good game

Potentially in for this. Regretted not going to the Bristol City game.

And a relatively decent pub, which has always been full of our fans whenever I have been to Derby, not too far from the ground.

It doesn't seem to have appeared online, they must be having some issues as the Bristol City game is still being advertised, but if you try to buy tickets, the Derby game comes up as an option.

Been given an initial allocation of 1,239 for this. Would hope we can sell that and get closer to 2,000.

In X2 going by train
Rail pricing in this country is an absolute joke
Cross country trains from Reading to Derby(direct) for me (senior railcard) and Grandson is £42.10 each way.
However 3 tickets each way- Reading to Banbury, Banbury to Birmingham New St, and BNS to Derby gives total of £60.60 a saving of £23.60
without leaving the train(on both journeys) !!!!

Yeah, it's called split ticketing. Which is really run to say 10x really fast.

Its a bigger game, cheaper and closer than United away and we've sold 4,500 less. Standard.

Ally to that the facts that the expectation for many is that a) we'll be toasted, b) possession keep ball is tedious and c) Reading's last few performances have been painful to watch at best it really isn't a surprise and about normal for most small teams in the same circumstances.

Reading probably need several years at the top level to really establish support as when you look back the away attendance tomorrow it probably won't differ all that much from when we went there in the mid 1990s

Whilst I partially agree, I don't think you can use the last few performances as an excuse - our away support has been shocking for years

I don't want to get all "attendance police" about it but as we're already talking ... is Readings away support (numbers wise) the worst in the league when compared to population and size of the town?

(P.S. I can't go as I've got major bubble guts and I'm running to the toilet every 17 minutes)
