Franchise FC
NewCorkSeth Ajax are just so gorgeous to watch. I cant wait till they smash Liverpool.

May be a bit of a wait

Sitting here watching the game with my other halfs arsenal supporting brother and he said, in the first half, with Tottenham down 2 "Mouras been pretty good this season"

It's all his fault.

Never seen anything like it tonight and last night.

Lucas Moura was the only decent Spurs player last week, tonight he was sensational. But Alli made the first and third.

The Ajax goalie made three of the best saves I’ve ever seen.

It's actually Mrs F's fault.

I said at half time that there was no chance.
She said "what about last night ?"

Foolishly I suggested us taking a look at Onana a few seasons ago only to be rightly put in my place.

Something like 78 years combined since either has won a league title. And they can be called Champions of Europe. One is 23 points behind the other in the league........UEFA really should drop the name "Champions" from the title.

This could be the most one sided EC/CL final in history.

I'd be careful writing Spurs off. They are even more points behind Man City and beat them. Dortmund, Ajax - people said they'd smash Spurs, they didn't. They had to go to the Nou Camp and get a result to progress through the group stages, they did.

All the pressure will be on Liverpool.

You could make a similar argument with Liverpool.

Having surprisingly lost in Belgrade and also losing in Napoli and Paris - Liverpool had to get a win over Napoli in their last group game and did.

Bayern got a draw at Anfield and the expected result was a Bayern win back in Munich - Liverpool went and won comfortably. With Barca 3 up, no-one really saw a 4-0 coming.

Liverpool will be favourites but the way in which both sides have got there both will be relatively pressure free & if there is more on Liverpool well they've proven this year that they can handle that comfortably.

No result would be a surprise on 1st June.

literally leapt up off the sofa celebrating that winner last night, and I couldn't give a f*ck about Spurs, if anything their fans are even more unbearable than most so happy to lol if they lose.

What an impressive semi

Likewise, 'ah shit, no! you're kidding me!' woke Mrs Sanguine up from her snooze on the sofa.

Crazy scenes.

As I have posted a few times on here, my Dad's a huge Spurs fan.

I wish I had filmed it. He was in buckets.

Decent shot-stopper, but  at his distribution over the two legs.
