Apparently there is some interest in Watford striker Jerome Sinclair from Championship clubs including Reading

Very talented footballer but so far he has nothing to show for that (except for a shitload of money).

We could take him on and maybe he'd score some goals, but on balance I think we'd be better off giving those minutes to players who are already at the club rather than helping Watford develop a player. Imagine what it would do to Samuel if, just as he finally looks to be breaking into the team, he is dropped in favour of a younger loan player?

Generally agree, but Samuel isn't doing much to really claim a first team spot (understandably to an extent as I don't think he's particularly fitted to Stam's preferred system). He's had fairly mixed reviews. And whilst he's scored a couple, that's only decent by our recent diabolical striker scoring record. I'd have wanted hjm to force his way into contention with a few more goals and near chances. As it is, he's been an ok short term replacement for an ok stop gap.
