Yes I think you're probably right. I was torn between whether it was Gunter, Moore or McShane. I knew it was one of them but couldn't remember.

Him and some of his twitter friends are pretty insufferable

He got in so much shit for that, remember it well. Thing is in real life he isn't like he is online at all, quite a nice bloke. It is weird how being behind a screen changes people at times.

I've met Jamie H, had a season ticket near him for a bit. Perfectly nice guy

Hodder. Good lad. Just got carried away.

I noticed new signing Marc McNulty was winding up a few England fans last night. I saw some Reading fans saying they were unfollowing him.

One of the reasons I hate most football fans. They often go on about how great support is and what a laugh they are.

However, dare to make a joke and it just ends up in abuse, and "What about your club...." and all this. They really are a humourless and uptight bunch

One good example is Lucas Piazon. I've got no feelings towards him either way. Yet many on Twitter rose massively to his tweets, with many laughing at him breaking his leg, sending abuse, etc... Just chill, it's just a bloody game.

It's clear you have issues. I'll start a thread on your issues over in Anything Else so you don't try and ruin every thread by turning it into a slanging match.

This made me laugh. Sums up Twitter and Reading fans in many ways.

Jacob South Klein - posts some of the most mundane tweets in the history of mankind and he gets 54 likes. I assume people 'like' his tweets because he's the bushwatch bloke?

Just went to see who that is....

I remember now, he's that guy last week who was tweeting racist nonsense about "Pakistanis"... although was not referring to them by that full word.

Presumably the status of this utter tool in the HNA? clique ensures he doesn't get a place on the list of twitter idiots despite his concerted efforts.

Bloody hell thats just stupid, surely a WUM. I've not warmed to Clement but still support him (you'd be stupid not to) and will give it my all come the new season.

It's not even judgeable yet - 8 games at the end of a horrific season. Which btw he did get a couple of good results and we survived.

Derby for me is game 1 and day 1 of his judgeable career

He has spent very little in this transfer window. It seems he has a very frugal budget. So that has to be factored into any criticism of him. He can only do so much on a threadbare budget.

Only Reading fans could call for sacking or show disapproval of a manager before the season even bloody begins.

We had a decent squad the last couple of seasons. But 1-2 weak areas, plus most of the team underperforming and something very wrong about the whole setup meant we nearly got relegated.

These same players + the couple of new ones could all gel and do much better.

Let's just wait and see though

Indeed. He has to be given a fair chance especially as he is having to reshape the squad on the back of free transfers and low value transfer fees.
