Re: Lump on Reading to finish top half

Well, tried to put a grand on at 6/4 with Skybet but the maximum they would accept was £666.
I wonder if they put a limit on their mug punters losing big bucks on the casino games every night?

Re: Season Tick Renewal - What's Going On!

Well I renew every year regardless, so they can jiggle the renewal date but ultimately I only pay ONCE a year. depends when you count your year from. Last June to this April isn't one year.... Well yes, June to April is not twelve months but I think you have deliberatlely chosen to ignore th...

Re: Back from the game - Preston

Well McD promised a performance, and we got it. Very good team performance, nice crisp passing, good energy, some bits of individual brilliance and we coped well with the physical presence PNE had up front. Only negative was that we still can't deal with a simple long ball over the top, there were ...

Re: Just to Recap

[quote="Maguire"]Well it's a bit pointless praising him for giving us our second highest finish ever in 07/08 - I could have managed that team to their second highest finish ever I'm sure you would have, but it would have course been in 20th position below Derby, the "record breakers&...

Re: Plymouth

Get a taxi from the station to Stoke village,£5ish,within 400yds you will have the choice of six pubs.
The best of these is the Stoke inn,the locals are friendly and you are only a 15/20 minute walk from the ground.
Indeed I may see you there.

Re: Plymouth

The Wetherspoons directions on FGG are misleading. Pass the Pennycomequick and go straight up the hill. The pub is on the junction at the top, about 3/4 mile, the ground is on the right, a five minute walk.
