Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a)

Almost completely outplayed today. They looked a class above where we're at and was frustrating how easy it was to get behind us, just a simple ball over the top. Pereira - 6- can't see why people are questioning whether he should be in the team. Wasn't at fault for any goals (although didn't see 5...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Bolton Wanderers (a)

4-1. Poor effort. This is why I hate people using the term "free hit", it creates an excuse to simply not turn up. We have turned up. They've simply destroyed us. No, tactics wrong first half entirely and played ok second half but look very weary. Game changed on the diabolical tackle tha...

SouthDownsRoyal
WestYorksRoyal Looks like not today then. For the record I was the solitary vote for this week, going with Tuesday. Any sweepstake prize?

Yup, a night out with oggy

When you say night out, assume you mean as his carer?

Re: MATCHWATCH : Derby County (a)

Get the impression we are running out of steam after a long season. Losing a lot of games by the odd goal, and a small group of players with little room for rotation.

Sutekh God Yiadom is useless!

He's been good this year. Haven't seen it, but general reaction I've seen was that the 1st was soft and 2nd was an outrage.

Agree, been pretty good and first booking really soft. Refs been itching to give cards all game though

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (h)

Can’t play for half a game and expect to win. Too often don’t turn up first half and stroll around. Would have been stunned if Button saved the penalty given he’s about as mobile as a slug.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Shrewsbury Town (h)

Should have scored at the last kick. We're just not very good. So many stupid passes, failed chances. Just not very good footballers. Awful awful performance and result against a far inferior side. Once again opposition manager makes a change to affect the game positively for them. Ours totally inc...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Portsmouth (a)

Weren't we close to getting Nathan Baxter on a free but the embargo stopped us? One of the best keepers in the division. Cheers Dai Yes indeed Don’t think Button has been bad overall, actually think he’s been pretty good. Poor day today though Button's odd. He doesn't really make the kind of howler...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Portsmouth (a)

Button needs dropping, he’s one of the most average keepers in years. Even Lumley was better.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Portsmouth (a)

Only difference is that they have more threat up front, and we have a keeper who does nothing other than the very minimum. This could turn grim.

Royal_jimmy 2 points dropped. Better side and should have won

We weren't the better side. HTH.

Agree, we weren’t.

Fair result, last ten minutes we panicked like buggery and gave it away time and time again. WiFi awful. Hope Smiths ok for Saturday.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a)

Pretty pants so far. Mola clearly targeted and Button sticking to his line like glue whenever the ball comes in.
