Re: Ticket office Telephone No from foreign country

Some 0844 numbers do and some don't work from abroad - I guess it depends on which telecoms provider is managing the number in the UK and how their systems are connected. If you have a Skype account with a bit of credit you could try a Skypeout call which will should be equivalent to calling within ...

Re: Hawkeye

New ones, block of four cameras in each corner. Pretty sure it's Hawkeye - this is a pic of one corner of the St. Mary's installation where it was officially trialled by FIFA http://images.theage.com.au/2012/05/25/3326442/art-svHAWKEYE-420x0.jpg Each grouping is much tighter at the Madejski and I a...

Poll: How about schooners in the concourse bars? (⅔ pint)

Bars are legally permitted to serve draught beers into confirming measured "glasses" in either ⅓ pint ("nip"), half pint, ⅔ pint (schooner) or any volume above that in multiples of half a pint. Obviously there's going to be the issue of profit on behalf of the concession owner to...

Re: Confirmation and clear instruction wanted !

I'm not sure whether what I was told was true or not, but that is their excuse. I found it incredible that they can check that a card has paid for the game, but not that it had already been used. Mind you I've also been told that the "cards are loaded onto the gate" when clearly it's just...

Re: Confirmation and clear instruction wanted !

loyalroyaldaz And i still cant find anywhere on the OS that states basically we make you pay full price and then pocket the money already paid on that seat !

It's right next to the bit that says that if a concession goes in on a full price ST and gets caught you will get a refund of the difference.
