Re: Forest Match Thread (H) Sponsored by Steve Stone's stupendous miss

Oh and we're doing so much better now!! Best player on the bench again aka Ola John  Your username seems quite apt but i'm sure the transplant will come soon. Ooh look a hashtag #waitingforbrain Cut the crap about waiting for a transplant - it isn't funny and it isn't clever. Tosser. Try actu...

Re: Forest Match Thread (H) Sponsored by Steve Stone's stupendous miss

Apologies to Reading fans tonight who seem rather upset that we've won consecutive games.

I'm sure you'll have the opportunity to wallow in defeat soon. Every silver lining has a cloud and all that.

Re: Forest Match Thread (H) Sponsored by Steve Stone's stupendous miss

McDermott out 'greed. Lets blame the bloke who took over a a team that was losing week in week out, had to sell the only two regular scorers we had and is still in the same position we were in when he took over. Cheers waitingforbrain Oh and we're doing so much better now!! Best player on the bench...

Re: Forest Match Thread (H) Sponsored by Steve Stone's stupendous miss

My wife and I were both surprised when I laughed with joy when their goal went in. Now I'm not so surprised. I'd rather lose this game 10-0 than a last minute equaliser paper over the cracks. We're shit. We may as well get the scoreline we deserve. It's alright, we all knew you were a knob already....

Re: Do you rate Anton Ferdinand?

Norwood had 121 touches in the game Interesting that new kid Evans had more touches per minute than anybody (66 in first half) He played 64 minutes, not 45. So he was second with 99-equivalent touches to our "superstar" midfielder "30 more touches" than Williams this in his firs...

Re: Roundup

Well, give Clarke his dues he delivered on his promise. We have signed two new strikers, two central midfield players, three wide midfield/attackers a fullback, centre back and two goal keepers. He and the Thais have delivered on their promise. Clarke went about his business professionally and meth...

WOW..... What an amazing transfer window. I hope it proves to be as successful as the 2005/2006 season. It won't options for the long Championship season and we have to trust that SC can keep everyone happy and get the best from this squad. He won't Can't believe that some on here are still moaning...

Re: Aaron Tshibola

Really glad we didn't sign Chalobah. So nice to see in the middle of our new look team we still have one of our own. Looks a real prospect, he was brilliant last night. Just gives us something we don't have in midfield. We've very little cover in that position. Is inexperienced and lacks physic. Ag...

Re: HRK - Lost it ?

This isn't going to make HOF without some help. How do we know what is, and Isn't , HRK's real account. Who's to say he isn't using both, one to get things off his chest and abuse the Reading belmonts who've maligned him unfairly for the last two seasons and another official one? his brother is a pr...

Re: Goalkeeper to Replace Federici

Would love this, although harsh on Bond! Has Bond played badly so far? Well he's not exactly filled the fans, his defenders and manager 'don't pass it to him on his left foot' with confidence! Just as I expected from the lefties. Not much solidarity in the Goalkeepers Union Mr RoyalBlue. Bizarre re...

Re: Roundup

Vydra clearly wants prem football. In the event of Reading attaining premiership football and Vydra playing a significant part in this surely we'll be in the box seat to sign him? If we don't we are minimising our exposure to a player with high wage demands. I really can't see a downside to this. Y...

Re: Summer Rebuild

My main concern is will these new players gel as a squad. So far this season the team has been playing as a team and hence for each other but apart from Sa, Quin and McShane of the new boys, none of the other newcomers have yet played together although Quin and McShane have played together before. ...
