Re: What's to blame?

Ownership issues for me..... Adkins was Anton's man, he brought him in and it must have been based on a number of criteria. That's all gone out of the window, who can forget the confusion around the statements coming out of the club in the last transfer window and then to sell 2 of your best player...

If driving, avoid the town centre and head to somewhere on the same side of town as the ground. Personally, I'd recommend The Swan at Three Mile Cross - features in CAMRA's good beer guide for 2013 and does nifty, traditional food. http://www.theswan-3mx.co.uk/Welcome.html http://www.pub-explorer.c...

Absolute class player, believe he left because this stupid club wouldn't offer him a longer term deal. Also recalls another largely forgotten player of around this time, Andy Rogers. Wonder what he's dong now.... Wasn't he the one that swallowed his tongue and was saved by the physio? Remember it w...

just under 60 acre site and below gives an idea of exact location.... http://www.bearwoodestate.co.uk/BearwoodEstate.pdf A full size pitch is approx 1.1 acre so more than enough for the required number, plus buildings. Will be very impressive if this all comes off (planning consent) and shows the am...

Alex Pearce. Born in Wallingford, England. Akpan is listed as Nigerian. Of course in general as this is a Reading FC forum right....? :-) Your question was about there being no Englishmen in the starting eleven. It doesn't matter what country they qualified for to represent at international level, ...

As long as I leave there tomorrow knowing City had to earn their win I'll be happy, that's the best I'm hoping for regardless of the score.

GUTHRIE REFUSED TO PLAY FOR THE CLUB SIX DAYS AGO. Why is everyone fawning over him like he's the new Kevin Watson? HE ALSO APOLOGISED Shit, must remember that the next time I kill someone. "Err yeah, sorry about Your Honour, i'll learn from this and move on" "Okay that'll do son, be...

No point getting rid of McDermott as we're going to need his experience in the championship next season.

So, if he gets us promoted again to the Prem, would you want the club to sack him?

I can deal with getting beat because we lack any quality and creativity but I can't accept the manner in which we lost....

Re: FAO To the PA

I hate the music when a goal is scored at the best of times. But when you have been outplayed and manage to scrape a last minute consolation it serves no purpose only for away fans to rub our noses in it even more. Couldn't agree more. Sadly those that feel the need for this type of sterile, manufa...

No Fixed Abode Reading fans were very quiet from where I was sitting in the Matthew Harding stand. The only time I really heard you was the clapping at a corner.

Re: Back From the Game-Posh 3 Royals 1

I agree - McD should have mixed up the squad a bit more. Too many away games on the trot, and it showed. What is the f/ing point in bringing in Cywka if you aren’t going to use him? Perfect time for him to have stepped in or been subbed on. Jem and Kebe looked dead. Chasing for an equaliser was the...
