Re: QPR Away

Just spoke to TO.

Upper tier is almost sold out, but there are a handful of gold and silver tickets left up there. The club have now taken the allocation for the bottom tier as well.

Re: QPR Away

OS is showing only lower tier seats available in the silver category. Does this mean we've actually sold out the upper tier?!

Re: Spurs away

In for this, tickets purchased this morning. I did the honorable thing and bought an upper tier ticket so that there's more chance some of you can get a lower tier ticket

Re: Viagogo Ripoff

It starts with viagogo being given a handful of seats in the South Stand, but how long until they get given a few hundred season tickets, which they then sell on themselves at a massively inflated price, thus ripping off the supporters twice, because less tickets will be on general sale, and anyone ...

Re: Beer Tokens

I went to Ajax a few years ago and was quite pissed off at the time that they didn't accept euros and you had to buy a card with money loaded onto it. This meant that essentially I was going to have to spend 10 euros, when all i wanted was a couple of pints which were 4 euros each. Inevitably, I lef...

Re: Great support from Y25 - Keep it up!

As a ST holder in Y20 i've thought the atmosphere has been quite muted so far this season, for various obvious reasons. For the Everton game I was sat in the South Stand (so my cousin could sit with me) and the noise coming from Y25 was great. I wondered at the time whether it was always that loud, ...

Re: Sold Out

Must admit that I was a little surprised at how easy it was to buy tickets for the Everton game on the Wednesday before the game - I had a cousin over from Holland and I was going to let her use my season ticket, but then i noticed there was a whole block of about 30 seats released in the South Stan...

This is the same Royals TV that said our formation was Pogrebnyak on the wing, with McAnuff partnering Roberts up front?

Re: Jason Roberts...Do you sometimes find him annoying?!

According to wikipedia the demographics of the UK show that in fact only 87.5% of the UK population are white british/irish or other, which means that 12.5% of the population is asian/black/chinese/mixed. I don't know what that means - statistics can tell you whatever you want to hear. Personally, I...

Re: Jason Roberts...Do you sometimes find him annoying?!

It amuses me that certain parts of the media are criticising Roberts for failing to tow the line, but in refusing to do so he is actually giving the issue more publicity, and thus whether or not you agree with his tactics, they have worked, because by not wearing the shirt, it has got more people lo...

Re: Worst matchday experience?

Gillingham away in about 2005? It was on New Year's Day and I was living in Canterbury at the time, so it was my most local game. Was feeling a little worse for wear, but dragged myself to the train station, only to miss the train. Walked 30 minutes back to my house, where one of my mates decided at...

So QPR away on 25/26 September.

A London away game is always tempting, but not sure how enthralled I am with this prospect.

Re: Peterborough Match Thread

bbc sport: Danny Swanson takes a shot. Adam Federici makes a save. Jobi McAnuff takes a inswinging corner.

Why is Jobi taking Posh's corners. Or has Fed's gone up for one of our corners again ;)

Re: Peterborough Match Thread

As I said before, booing Shane Long made him come good, so it may well work for Federici. Sadly, Church looks beyond redemption. Just my opinion: Boing a lazy b*st*rd player is fair enough, because it's their own fault and in this case a kick up the arse is helpful and justified. Booing a player wh...

Re: MOTD Opening Sequence

Lineker called it the MAJESKI , I seem to remember he did the same thing last time we went up, I don`t think he will do it again. Most do call it the Majeski though. So what? Perhaps someone can tell him to just call it the Madstad, as most do, then he wont have to put up with the happy clapping sp...

Re: MOTD Opening Sequence

Agree with Ian Royal. I thought the "analysis" was pretty weak. No surprise that we were on almost last, but I was expecting them to at least give us some analysis, rather than just 3 replays of Federici's howler. I don't seem to recall any debate about whether it was in fact a penalty, an...
