Re: New Kits 2019/20

Platypuss "The vibrant and disruptive kit colours embody the modernity of the club and its mission to play attractive, technically-skilled and attacking football, from the men’s and women’s first team, right through the academies."

Re: VAR

It's a nice idea but Mike Riley said yesterday that the EPL (ugh) won't be using VAR like they did in the WWC and there will be less of the nonsense we've seen these last few weeks

Annoyingly it's so underused Palace pretty much own it and so it's hard for anyone to introduce it now

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Hendo How would we feel about a sash on the away kit? Have we ever had a sash before?

I love a sash, probably my all time favourite kit style, even better than hoops

Refining the existing laws to make VAR work is just admitting that VAR doesn't work

Re: VAR

Another bad night for VAR last night, White's goal should have been given, there has to be a margin of error and the advantage given to the attacker when it's that close, the pictures and frame speed literally aren't available to definitively say she was offside there. As for the penalty, absolutely...

Re: The womens world cup

At least you're not going to overreact Finally got drawn in last night, thought it was pretty average fare really, although Lucy Bronze does seem to have decent ball skillz, appaling positioning though. As Glen Little said on twitter, can you imagine England getting a penalty in a World Cup semi and...

Re: Next Season's Squad.

If there's an issue it's people declaring that kelly's done when the evidence of yesterday suggests differently. See also Gunter, who would have only had 3 weeks off if he came back yesterday, but all the experts on here know he's as good as gone (tbf several people have mentioned that, but I think ...

Re: Next Season's Squad.

Kelly's been treated very badly. 100% deserves to stay. Probably my biggest bone of contention with Gomes. I tend to take everything posted on here with a pinch of salt and looking at the video of everyone hanging out at training there's no beef whatsoever between Kelly and Gomes. Hopefully it's a ...

Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round

Good on Lamps - he had a very decent first season as a manager, I just hope Chelsea give him some rope, because it's a massive step up, he won't be able to sign anyone, and they've just lost Hazard. Do you think he had a very decent season? Surely he just achieved a par result for Derby, who've don...
