Re: Rival Watch

no, still bottom (on alphabetical order) Why? If Reading finish in 22nd spot, would you accept relegation on alphabetical order? Surely you would claim that we are equal with the 21st. team and demand a play-off. But, having said that, with our record in play-offs, we may just as well accept 22nd. ...

Re: Free away travel

Quick question that STAR Liaison might be able to answer. I know the statement covers the league games, however is there a contingency for away cup games? I know this is obviously impossible to plan but just a thought? Just the 15 league games. No word ever about the cups. You’ll have to find your ...

Re: Free away travel

Seen a couple of idiots whinging on Social Media that this offer is unfair as it discriminates against fans who choose to make their own way to the game. One would hope they are taking the piss, but we are know they won't be. Although . . . . . never going to happen, but if the club could negotiate...

Re: Free away travel

Great move by the owners. Personally, I would have been tempted to leave out clubs that charge more than £30 for a ticket. By offering free travel we are in effect increasing ticket sales for them. That's not a moan, just a suggestion. Reasonable point - but the main thing is to get support for our...

Re: RFC to become the 4th...

The 150th is definitely on the club’s and STAR’s radar. To comment on the points above. Stoke’s claim to be older than us is a bit of a fraud as they went out of business for over a year just before WWI. Elsewhere Forest have been acknowledged as the soon to be oldest League club. We already hold th...

Re: Star analysis of the 2017/18 RFC accounts

Will Star be doing an analysis of the accounts as normal ? It`s normally an excellent read. STAR has already taken the first steps in doing this but quite when we can get back with a definitive take on it all we can't yet say. Doubtless you'll have seen some fairly well-informed comment on another ...

Re: 28 Feb Fans Forum

Will STAR post a transcript of the Qs and As on their website and/or via their newsletter? A bullet point summary already been drafted and hopefully will be up later today. So you basically wrote down Jose’s quite amusing closing comments and will be publishing them ? The basis of a good quiz quest...
