Re: Watching games via ifollow

Can only second this. His descriptions are often incredibly wide if the mark and he constantly says the wrong player was involved. Obviously have no comparison to other local commentators but it is really annoying at times. I was listening on Saturday and there was some confusion when a Blackpool s...

I have a red button on my TV remote but all it does is turn the TV on or off.

No Reading games!

Must've tried it 1000 times now

Re: Watching games via ifollow

Have to say tried for the first time on the Fulham game. Absolutely seamless purchase process and video playback was superb, not a glitch in sight. Commentary was from bbc radio berks, so win win. Well worth £10 per game. I think they are missing a trick though, should have live video subs for the ...

I have it on good authority that he will sack Bowen and accidentally appoint himself.

Re: BFTG - Blackpool

The thing with you all is that while you're sometimes right about stuff you often have incorrect opinions. At least everything I think is 100% correct. Try to be like me. Look for the things I write and then either say you agree or put them in your own words. This is the key to success on HNA and li...

Re: BFTG - Blackpool

1) Seriously worried by that performance - after all the optimism of possible playoffs I can't see it now after that. 2) Why make so many changes - Bowen has to go. Sorry but he's had his chance and we're still bottom half. He brought in players who weren't as good. Why change a winning team? 3) Sma...

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

Nobody cries quite like the Fulham supporters do when we beat them, they really hate us and think we are some sort of rival. In truth I think we kind "nothing" them as a fanbase. Where is Fulham anyway? Isn't it a small place near Chelsea? It's that bit you drive through when you get to c...

Re: BFTG Fulham

Only shame from the match is that the PA had to be used to remind our fans not to be homophobic. 'Chelsea rent-boys' was getting started from the bottom left corner for much of the first half. I shouldn't get too down on it I know, every fanbase has its idiots, was just a bit depressing. Surprised ...

Will we get found out again? v2

So after Gomes great run I asked this. The answer turned out to be yes. Quite easily.

Now Bowen has had his magic run with 4-4-2 I ask the same question.

Will we be found out again?

Or do we now at least have two plans to play with?

Discuss.

Re: Form

Since then Adam has surprised a lot of us and does seem to give the team more confidence. So that cameo against Brum may just have kick started our season. Surprised the hell out of me for sure. He was positively awful the first few games he played for us. Way out of his depth. Then this. Wtf. Mayb...

Re: BFTG Fulham

Wtf Cabral That triple save is legendary. Surely up there with Sonko's superman header. It is said a good keeper is worth a few points in a season. Well I take back what I said about the guy being average. He is above average. He manages to just keep things out. Ain't pretty. Face, arse, legs, whate...

Re: Blackett to Turkey.

Don't know anything about him personally but surely having come through the Man Utd system, England U21s and talked of as a future England international (as all Man Utd English players are  ) he must surely be pissed off at , approaching his prime, being at times 2nd or 3rd choice left-back a...

Re: Form

So as not to get carried away (FWIW I put my money where my mouth is and bet on us finishing top half months ago), I was arguing that you could look at our first few games as honeymoon games and the stats would then paint quite a dim picture. But three wins on the bounce after that and it sure is lo...

Re: BFTG - Preston (a)

I can’t say I ever learnt too much from the others though. I’m not sure people loved Gomes, Stam or Clements interviews as such. Gomes waffled positive vibes which was fine at the time but grew very tired, Clement was just brutally honest when maybe he shouldn’t have been and Stam’s were always awf...
