If we want to consider ourselves as a Premiership team then we should look realistically at our performances against teams that are in the same league as us, not as the wide-eyed new boys going for a nice day out at the big teams' grounds. The fact is we had 3 decent efforts on goal, Lita's headers,...

Does anyone think we will sign someone else as well as Duberry today? Yes or possibly no. I reckon we probably will, but then again we might not. But if we don't, I reckon we won't - but if we do, we probably will. What are you on about. Only only 2 possible outcomes, Yes, No or maybe Deal o...

Leo Roget

The only 1st team appearance I remember was a great blood and thunder 0-0 draw at Swinedon in which 3 were sent off, 2 of them and Sammy Igoe. From what I recall Roget played well but was injured soon after and never wore the hoops again.

2005-2006 season, Champions by a mile, 46 games plus Carling and FA Cup games on 2 disc DVD, £20. 2006-2007 in the Premiership, loads of Sky money coming in plus more if we stay up. Less than half a season for a 2 disc DVD £20. What happens if it all goes pearshaped and we were relegated? Watch us...

What about how Lita ALLEDGEDLY lost his Championship Medal when he had a slight disagreement with a "lady of the night" over payment while out cruising in his Hummer and the said lady nicked the medal. Plus all the other ALLEDGEd stories. He is trouble and we should get shut of him in Jan...

The breakup of the 1995 team with Shaka, who was our greatest ever keeper, Osborn, Taylor and later Adie was our lowest point. Another season or two with that team would have seen us promoted. Mind you can you imagine trying to survive in the Prem at Elm Park? More recently I think letting Henderson...

Mixed feelings really. It is a bit of an anticlimax this year. After waiting for SOOOOOOOOOOOOO long the anticipation on Aug 19 was unbearable. After several seasons of success culminating in last years unbelieveable season to suddenly become an also ran has been hard to take, even though we knew th...

Lita, time inside?

After the 3 Bristol City players were found guillty the other day after the nightclub punch-up last autumn they got week/months inside, depending on the individual. Leroy should be prepared when his case finally comes to court.

Obviously your first post Spacecruiser must have led to a lot of people phoning up trying to change, now they just say tickets can't be changed once allocated. They didn't say all the seats were sold just that they can't change them.

Crap online service. I'm bloody stuck in row A! :x Is there any point in ringing them up and asking them to move my seat higher up? Having seen Spacecruiser's comments about ringing up to change seats over this last weekend I thought I'd give it a go this morning. Having over 240+ points I tried to...

Well Done To Radio Berks And The Fans

Well done to Andrew Hall for starting the petition and to "the fruits " for getting it on Hob Nob and to every one who signed the petition, wrote to the Club, the Post etc. Despite JM's quote on Radio Berks this morning, which I haven't heard yet, that it was a not the fan's backlash but h...

We are grateful for what he has done over the years for Reading FC but maybe it is time he sold out to someone with more money and maybe a better appreciation of true football fans. I'd love it to happen but in truth how many such Chairmen/potential Chairmen exist? I suspect the overwhelming majori...

But what does "meeting BBCRB in the middle" actually mean? The possibility of shared rights to live commentary with 107? 107 being ditched in favour of BBCRB? In today's EP 107FM are saying they've not bought exclusive rights, are complimetary to BBC Berks and say their plans will not cha...

The Official Club statement at 5 pm is to be welcomed, hopefully a good example of people power. But how on earth did they misjudge the siuation so badly? Surely they should have anticipated the outcry? Before this evening's statement I don't think that John Madejski's inflammatory comments publishe...

Kingsley, past present and future

According to Meridan the other night, and let's face it they know all about RFC, there will be a new bigger Kingsley for the new season. Presumably that will it make harder for Murts and co to jump on him when we score (if we score?).

Convey appreciates how RFC have helped him settle in a new country and given him a chance. Sidwell is happy to move around, no real loyalty perhaps? He after all did reject Brighton the second we were interested despite being their main man while on loan. Hopefully Sidwell now thinks "am I the odd ...

Looked pretty good, so did the Yank, but I would probably go for the Ghanain, if we want to be taken seriously as a Prem club we have to spend that sort of money. Obviously for anyone involved in the World Cup who gets thru to the Quarters their fee is going to go up. I think we missed a trick thoug...
