Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (a) sponsored by Lawrie Sanchez

Could we expect anything else? Btw anyone still defending Adam? How's he playing? And where. Sorry man I'm stuck on the radio! No video for this one but almost everytime he did something our wonderful commentators tried to hide the fact he oxf*rd it up. They really like him for some reason. See Woo...

Snowflake Royal First 10 minutes and Morrison's had a couple of chances from Adam corners already.

And he also let Samuel get the better of him for a good shot just past the poat

PieEater Chaos outside the ground apparently, they've never seen more than 100 away fans. I hope the kick off gets delayed

It didn't and I can still see cara being parked in the field next to the ground

Re: Next Season's Squad.

Anyone else worried about the volume of rumours? Puscas, Ulloa, Joao, Pele, Rafael. Boye only joined last week. It's hard to bring together so many diverse players and get them to gel quickly; it reminds me of our 15/16 season with Piazon, Ola John etc. I'd stick with Joao, Pele and Rafael. All in ...

it's the opposite of Moneyball, his stats are absolute dogshit 56% pass completion for a midfieLOLder Isn't Moneyball saying you have to look at some specific stats that will work for your team, not the obvious ones? There may be some stats we don't know about where he excels! In my original post, ...

low risk moneyball signing. identify what the squad is missing, in this case, experience, quality, deadball ability, cover in midfield. fill that gap for no money with a player other people have written off.. it's the opposite of Moneyball, his stats are absolute dogshit 56% pass completion for a m...

Re: Mohamed Diaby

Wallsy Is he rated? Or are we just looking at the next Kalifa Cisse?

Courtney Friday says he’s checked in with his “sources” and there is substance to this one.

I'd love another Kalifa.

Re: Nations League & Friendlies

Yup. In rugby, you can hear what the ref is saying. In tennis, you get a certain number of appeals. Wouldn’t know how it operates in cricket but both of those methods work better than the one in football, where fans are kept in the dark for up to 5 minutes Why should fans be kept informed? They are...

Re: Nations League & Friendlies

Isn’t the point that fans should be better informed by officials generally ? As in rugby or American football. It would help enjoyment of the game (and maybe understanding of the rules, as mentioned above) and would help reduce the opportunity for frustration. Football seems to thrive on ways to fru...

Re: Nations League & Friendlies

Most of the problems come from two places. First, fans and, in particular, pundits who do not know what the rules are. Some of this might be that the rules, or the senses of priority within them, have changed. And, yeah, I think that's a valid complaint. Seemingly endless clarifications on, for exa...

Ascotexgunner VAR is gonna wreck football.

I don’t agree. It’s just got to be used correctly and with consistency.

Maybe but in it's current form it's a disaster. Cricket and rugby gradually made changes to their systems and just about have it right now. I'm not sure football will do likewise.
