Re: Back from I Follow Luton

Mentioned it on the other thread, but under Bowen we bounce back from bad defeats. We've convinced ourselves that every time we lose a couple of games we're doomed, but since Bowen took over, we've managed to shake that off. We'll finish top 6 next season.

I want to be annoyed at this, but you've got a point.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

He's in a pretty difficult spot. If he uses proper wingers he basically has to drop two of Swift, Ejaria and Olise. For an old player not likely to be here next year and a loan player who hasn't really done anything to justify it. If it didn't work he'd get panned and rightly. You can't play winger...

Snowflake Royal That seems overkill to drop all 3. Where's this rumour come from? Sounds highly suspect.

Pure clickbait. Literally nothing in Bowen's comments to suggest this will happen.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Tbh I’m more interested in away kits because they’re so unpredictable. Some faves: - African Violet (by far our best) - Red with gold trim - Black and grey hoops - White with green trim (09/10) - Black with red trim (10/11, 13/14 or ideally 14/15) Not faves: - orange - yellow - White - plain black ...

We've got quite a good record at bouncing back from poor defeats under Bowen, haven't we? 3-0 Reading.

Re: THE BETTING THREAD

Winston Biscuit Wigan have been on a great run, but if their heads are down then the one team I wouldn't want to face is Brentford.

I dunno, they'll probably be tired from the incredibly tough game we gave them on Tuesday.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Really like that Sporting kit, something like that would be most epacceptable. Agreed, looks like it's a beauty. I assume it has a white panel on the back? Has a green panel on the back. More I see it the more I’m coming round to it. I can't picture it for us, mainly because I've completely forgott...

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

It was suggested earlier in the week that Azeez had also gone- seen him a few times and not rated him at all. From what I have seen in U23 games I don't think Medford-Smith or Burley are good enough for Championship level - although they could do a job at perhaps L2 level and some players develop l...

Re: Swift to... Southampton

Romaine Sawyers cost £2.9 million when moving from Brentford to West Brom having been the playmaker there. I would expect Swift to cost something similar (about the same level of player) although a bit younger and there could be the premium for a Prem signing so perhaps a bit more than the supposed...

Re: Swift to... Southampton

Has he still got the highest chance creation in the division? That should put a couple of extra mill on his pricetag. Good amount of time left on his contract. Young, English. Should be looking at £8m+.

Guessing Medford Smith has gone as well. He commented on Jayden Bogle's instagram post after the Derby game saying "Avenged for me nicely".
