When the Liverpool v Arsenal match was postponed was it solely down to the Referee? Does anyone know of any rules are guidelines for a match to be postponed due to fog and does the Premier League have their own rules? How bad should visibility be before YOU as a spectator would want the match postp...

M-U-R-T-Y Simod Cup Semi Final

Are you telling me you've been to every single game for the last 18 years?

Are you telling me you're that stupid?

I know someone who's only missed 1 since then, & that was for an operation!

Home: Wimbeldon 26 December 2003 I was very ill for that, and it was on telly. That's a lie, it wasn't  But a good thing you missed it as we was shit! Shit isnt the word... talk about an embarrassment. Wasn't that the game where McAnuff had 3 shots in a ROW and the third one went in. Oh Chris...

Considering all the rain and the rugby, i thought the pitch looked in great nick.

Rugby didn't seem to hinder us too much when we went 30+ games undefeated at home.

Robin Friday is famous for all the wrong reasons. A very talented footballer who fukked up his career so badly he managed to spend almost all of it playing 4th Division football. His attitude was so bad that nobody wanted to sign him. I also think if you put any half decent top flight player in a 4t...

Poll is just annoying because he thrives to be the centre on attention. He does make his fair share of woeful decisions too, but then do most refs. Roger Milford was the best ref - bring him back. Apart from the 91 Cup final of course. "Alright Gazza, calm down. I'll let you off that chest hig...

All this bitching about Ref's pisses me off.

Anyone on here tried reffing a match? Or want to become a Ref for that matter?

Whatever, you think of them, the Ref's we get this season are the best there are. Well, bar Urriah Rennie. He's just there to keep the PC bregade happy.

Think you mean Sidwell. and it was outside the box. My view was that Sidwell got 'squizzed' off the ball & ended up stumbling on to the back of a defender. Decision could have gone either way. Poll had an OKish game today i thought. The biggest wrong decision of the game went in our favour.

Game poised at 0-0, Marcus makes a great save & quickly makes a great throw/kick to set up a counter attack & we go 1-0 up. How many times did this happen last season? obviously down to dodgy keeping and awful distribution. oh and i suppose it was suspect positioning that meant he failed to...

David Byrne played for us on loan in 91/92. He was pretty useful.

Who was the keeper who just turned up with his boots at Leeds for the League Cup 1/4 final? It was Steve Sutton, wasn't it? No ive just remembered his name. Eric Nixon. You know what, you're probably right. They both played one game for us that season. that was the infamous season when we fielded s...
