Re: Joao Virginia

Jose has a very good relationship with Marco Silva. Might help us with future deals, who knows. This one seems to be all but done and the lad will fly out to Spain to meet up with the squad.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Delay in receiving the kit, i.e. modelling it etc is because of a balls up behind the scenes. Otherwise we’d have seen the kit on Monday as was planned.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Irish heritage doesn’t necessarily have to link into Catholicism. Reading has a very large Irish community fwiw.

LWJ Wonder what allocation will be.

IN if I can get a ticket

Check Football Grounds Guide. I did and hen forgot ... but they also give extra in their main stand if we need it, something like an extra 400.

Re: Triallist - Denzeil Boadu

It doesn’t make a lot of sense to have him train with us without us considering making him an offer. JLow bemuses me with his comments sometimes.

Basildon JLow reckons a permanent contract is unlikely

So there is a chance we'll sign him then.

Stranded got there first.

Apple Watch, Rose Gold, Nearly New - £325

Mrs can’t wear it at work as she’s a nurse, and then doesn’t think to wear it at home. It’s a shame because it’s a decent bit of kit.

Bought for £399 6 months ago.
Selling for just £325.

Collect from RG2 or I can pop by if you’re local.

PM’s welcome.

* White strap and wireless charger included.

Hugely talented midfielder who had an awful injury. This could be a cracking bit of business, but he needs wrapping in cotton wool.

Re: Reading's ground staff salary

Cripple Creek Great. Reading is offering jobs as ground staff at the club for 8.21 per hour. It's barely the minimum wage and is, frankly, a disgrace. Get unionised guys this is a club that does not have your interests at heart.

Depends on the role. Some are £10 and £11 per hour!

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

royalp-we Seeing as we are in need of some income, coinciding with the change to Macron - the club may well be looking to release 3 kits this summer

Don’t blame them tbh

Been saying this for years. Might as well. Blue and white home, yellow and red for second and third choices. Lovely stuff.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

I have the full image of the new kit but i'm posting from my Nokia 3310 - so can't upload yet. You can describe it in full though? • Hoops all the way around? • Blue it white shorts for home kit? • Blue or white socks for home kit? I’ve been told the home kit is worse than plain, is that the case? ...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Possible kit leak on Twitter this evening via a photo through the window of the newly renovated Mega Store; however I have a feeling it’s a training shirt. To the right of said image is another sleeve, this time a dark blue sleeve. That’s my suspicion anyway. I can’t get the image on here from an iP...

Liam is one of the players told he can leave and not to report back for training, and then told to in fact return for training as there are no tales thus far.

Adequate is a fair summary. Ie not great, but wouldn’t be too horrified if he started the season Hmm. I’m not so sure. Would rather see Southwood ahead of him. So would I, with CBC pushing Walker for splinters. If Southwood doesn’t break in this season he’ll almost certainly want our next summer. H...

The old buildings are to be renovated for private housing to sell or rent Not all of them old chap. One of which will be used by us. I can’t remember now what they said it used to be. A tea room or something. Housing makes good sense for some though as that helps pay for some of the facilities. A w...

The club isn't holding Barrow back. It's more about the structure of the fee and his wages from what I can gather.
