This match day last year we just had a grim 3-3 draw with QPR which meant we had conceded 14 in 6. The only negative thing is that we made it hard for ourselves by not giving ourselves a more comfortable lead.

As annoying as the likes of Tim Dellor etc are he seems to annoy the opposition fans a lot more than he annoys us

The jury is still out on him, but at least Paul Ince has put in some fight into this squad and seems to have brought in the right sort of players. Six of those who started today were his own signings.

Meite as a sub would’ve been so useful to have today. Can’t keep sitting deep all half.

Pretty sure we’d have lost this game convincingly last season. For all his flaws, Paul Ince has at least installed some character into the team to bounce back the way they did.
