Re: Chump next season

Selfishly speaking as a Londoner, there may also be shedload of London away games. Could be Millwall, Charlton, QPR, Brentford, L Orient, Fulham, Watford and maybe even (v unlikely) Wet Sham.

Re: BFTG - Donny (a)

Why the actual f uck Jake Taylor hasn't made more cameos given our recent injuries and suspensions in midfield is a mystery. Because he's looked out of depth every time he's played until his cameo today? Good game against Brighton, and he's done less wrong than Akpan. I'd begun to trust Adkins on t...

Re: Buyout

Isn't it obvious that no one will buy until they know whether we'll be promoted? Would you?

Re: BFTG - Boro

Tenacity and Spirit finally in evidence. Still lacking Flair, but 2 out of 3 not bad. I was really encouraged by the vigorous start. Although we dipped later, there was obvious determination to hold the lead. If we keep that energy and commitment going we will make the play-offs. Where we will be cl...

Re: Play offs watch

There's a lot of nonsense written on here sometimes. The chance of making the play-offs is in our own hands, with 3 games to go (2 against teams with nothing to play for). If we qualify, it isn't obvious that we're any more flawed a team than the other 3, and pretty much anything can happen. So of c...

Re: Boro (H) Prediction Thread

Can someone please remind me why this game is being played tomorrow rather than today. Evening kickoffs are a pain in the arse for many of us who don't live and/or work in the Reading area and no doubt a considerably bigger pain in the arse for the Boro travelling supporters! It's Madejski's fault ...

Ouroboros Well I'm just glad I'm not a Leicester fan tonight.

If I was a Leicester fan I'd be thinking, "wow that was unexpected but hey, Premier League next season".

Or "good job they're getting plenty of rest now - will need the energy next season"

tmesis Leicester promotion party going a bit flat. 0-4 now.

Which underlines the point that any goal for us is worth having. Brighton only 2 behind on GD now

Re: BFTG Charlton

Uke From the MOTD highlights it was good that Alfie wasn't greedy and signalled the pass through to Williams, even though he was in a pretty good position himself.

True - probably best thing ALF did all game.

Re: The Leicester game

it could well be pay back time when they come here in two weeks for us having the audacity to get promoted at their place back in 2006 TBF they were very fair and respectful that day so good luck to them I say Guess that if we are still in play-off contention we won't be so gracious if they beat us...
