Re: The I hate Brighton Thread

I live 15 minutes from Brighton and am not at all pleased that they got into the playoffs. Local radio and press down here will have a field day at our/my expense. It has been awful this week with the lead up to yesterday and will now get worse. Luckily I am self-employed and do not have to associa...

Re: What will you do if Reading get beaten by Derby?

Sulk for a while, get the p1ss taken out of me at work. Look forward to an extra eight games. Wonder how far Carlisle is (play-offs dependant). Look forward to Murts' testimonial, most of all be slightly relieved that there will be no more over paid prima-donnas eating the Mad Stad turf.

Born in Slough, lived in Slough, Datchet and Windsor, moved to Sussex 6 years ago and have never lived in Reading. Did go out with a girl who lived in Tilehurst though.

firstdivision Best bit for me was lehman falling over Leroy who was doing up his shoe laces. It was the old playground classic revisited.

Loved that. Brilliant thinking by Leroy. Saw him backing towards him then crouched down pretending to do his laces.

Why do people continually have to find fault with this player or that. We played an established Premier team in front of their own fans (and Sly), outplayed them for half of it in fact without our normal RB and captain, left winger, main striker (for half of it) and second striker. We got a f*%$ing ...

Some nice work there RF. Nice to see that we are well liked and popular.
I do like their response as to why they dont sell out.
As someone from the Slough area originally would love to have had Liverpool or Everton as my local team. Maybe though I would still support the Royals.....or would I!!

Perhaps all five of them were the only ones singing in the ground.

More beers enjoyed with a mouthy Tom providing the entertainment! Do you mean the crazy woman who insisted she would piss herself if people didn't move out of her way? Crazy! Great day out, atmosphere excellent. Didn't here any singing from Fulham the whole game. Great hospitality and quick service from the staff at the Eight Bells by the tube station before and after the game. Hotel take note.

LOL @ those who fear Alonso more than the likes of Gerrard, Kuyt and Bellamy so they can appear 'In the know' Alonso has been poor this season and is a major reason why Liverpool languish mid table. A shadow of the player who pulled the strings in midfield last season. LOL @ those slaggin...
