Re: Are you optimistic we'll survive?

ReadingGlasses I've got a horrible feeling that we'll lose to Luton and Coventry, only scrape a disappointing draw against Wigan, and then have to get a win from the final game. That will then end up being a boring 0-0 draw.

Re: Relegation Run Ins

I know it's the done thing on here to say that we've got no chance of ever getting another draw, let alone a win while our rivals will all of a sudden go on a 4 game winning streak but seriously, can anyone see QPR getting another point? Logic says no, but then teams pick up the most unlikely point...

Genuinely, do you understand what cramp is ? Whether someone suffers from it can depend on a myriad of elements including, but not limited to, the circulatory system, the ability of muscles to release lactic acid, a temporary imbalance of electrolytes It MAY be his conditioning, but it isn’t exclus...

Yeah it was cramp cramp?….how old is he? Does he do a day job somewhere? Cramp….a professionally trained sportsman?….jeez……not having that….I sometimes used to get cramp at the 90 minute stage (in my thirties) on a Saturday game played out on a quagmire pitch having already done a weeks ‘actual man...

Re: BFTG Burnley

Worried that Azeez looked injured. K was great up front and seemed to win the majority of his headers, that said Joao onlt seemed in the game once Carroll was on, but then looked excellent. All in all the best 0-0 I recall. I might be being rose tinted, but it just looked like cramp to me. He’s bar...

Re: BFTG Burnley

I think both NGW and Benson for them were oxf*rd after an hour - they had been battling each other the whole game.

NGW had his number quite a bit of the time but was getting sloppy before going off, good management from Hunt to spot the risk?

Re: New manager poll

Karl Robinson would be awful for us as a club in the position we are in. If you take purely the football into account, he was regressing at Oxford after an admittedly good start. Play-Off Final, Play-Off Semi, 8th and then not far off relegation before he got the boot. They also had one of the bigge...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Birmingham City (h)

I am possibly too manically positive, but now we know it’s likely to be a two way battle between us and QPR - I feel like we will overhaul them. In contrast, I'm not convinced we can overhaul them if they lose every remaining game. We've got 1 point and conceded 15 goals in our last 7 away games, s...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Birmingham City (h)

I am possibly too manically positive, but now we know it’s likely to be a two way battle between us and QPR - I feel like we will overhaul them. Being slightly better than a team who has about 9 points in 25 games is as manically positive as anyone gets on here! Would still think we are slight favo...

Re: Moving away fans to Upper West Corner

Very much onboard with the idea, but I think the concourse entry situation could be a nightmare. The gates for Upper West are right next to the Lower West ones, meaning either you have home and away fans in the same area, or you need huge structural changes. It's also right next to the Players' and ...

It was quiet, but I think the combination of four weeks off, the baltic weather and the England game made the whole match have a feel of an exhibition to it.

Re: Reading fail to pay staff full salary

As far as Swindon is concerned it's the new owner. Transformation is a model for any other club that's hit rock bottom. Whilst we haven't hit rock bottom from an on the pitch point of view, we can't be far from it with our off field operations. Lowest attendances for 20 years, all retail output nee...
