Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

is now the time for a message? And if so why can't that message be: We need you to lead here. We need you to pull the rest of the team up. Ejaria I could see being dropped for the next game. Play Obita instead. If Richards is fit. Tbf to Ejaria, sticking him in the left wing is plainly a waste imo ...

Re: Finance

https://twitter.com/KieranMaguire/status/1278592299778428931?s=19 New shares issued Two points I would take from that: 1) Worrying that we still need this level of cash injected into the club. 2) Comforting that the owners are still willing to put their money into the club. Can't see whether any ca...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Tbh I’m more interested in away kits because they’re so unpredictable. Some faves: - African Violet (by far our best) - Red with gold trim - Black and grey hoops - White with green trim (09/10) - Black with red trim (10/11, 13/14 or ideally 14/15) Not faves: - orange - yellow - White - plain black ...

WestYorksRoyal
SCIAG Yeah £5m would be disappointing after the sorts of fees Hammond used to get but in the current climate might be the best we can get.

Hammond was a genius. £500k for Hughes. £3m for post-ACL Sonko. How much did we get for Blackman off the back of a 10 game purple patch?

It was £3.1m wasn’t it?

Re: MATCHWATCH : Luton Town (a) sponsored by Sean Evers

You know what? We have a clear first team. As awful as they played yesterday we should play them again. Does no good chopping it up drastically. A few of them need to be sent a message though, primarily Moore, Swift and Ejaria. They haven't put in a shift since the restart. is now the time for a me...

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

To confirm, the EP says U23 players Liam Driscoll, Lexus Beeden, Andre Burley, Marcel Elva-Fountaine, Ramarni Medford-Smith, Akinwale Odimayo, Werick Caetano, Ethan Coleman, Tyler Frost, Roberto Nditi, Ben House and Adam Liddle have all been let go. U18s duo Emmanuel Obamakinwa and Pedro Neves have ...

Re: LOLiverpooLOL - Next Season

The PL next season Personally think Chelsea will be back in for the PL next season. Are they buying a whole new back 5? they were appalling last night They could do, they’re the one side with a mountain of dosh in this climate after having an embargo for a season or so and getting £100m or whatever...

I'm sure like me I bet you were thinking at least I wasn't there to watch that debacle last night. Lets face it since the play off final season our home form has been dire. I don't go for this we have crap support rubbish it's really no worse than any other ground in this league and prior to the St...

Re: Squad for 2020/21

Didnt realise how many other players I'd forgot to move on; McNulty, Smith, Watson, Barrow.... Could genuinely lose 20+ players this summer. There should be some huge wage savings made this summer. I'd honestly not worry too much about transfer fees, other than for Swift and to a lesser extent Moor...

Have to be careful with any chants directed at linesmen *

The PL next season Personally think Chelsea will be back in for the PL next season. Though Liverpool have some really talented youngsters coming through, it, yet again, looks like they are not going to spend to address getting a central defender and a specialist left back so while I think they’ll be...

Re: Generic clubs in financial crisis Thread

Desperate times I guess as that pretty much ensures their relegation They have a very tough job on their hands but it's by no means certain they will go down. This points deduction puts them 4 points below 4th from bottom but with a much better GD than anyone else down there. They have won 6 of the...

26 year old winger. Had a broken ankle followed by cruciate injury in 2016. Given MB rarely starts games with a winger this sounds like a less than ideal move.

Thought it would improve once the cardboard cut outs were put in the stand rather than taking to the pitch for a game.

Re: Wigan in Administration

Seems no one has a clue why the club owners have decided to put Wigan into administration especially as the club was sold to a Hong Kong consortium only 4 weeks ago! And to confirm, the rules are that at the end of the season Wigan will be deducted 12 points unless they finish in the bottom 3 (which...

Re: The next 5 games - a key point in our season

God knows what what we do upfront. None of Puscas, Baldock or Meite look like scoring. Why can’t Reading ever develop a decent striker from the Academy? It’s the one area the club have been very poor at ever since the Academy started. Only Tyson and Henderson have really come through and that was a...
