Re: “ Sell before we Dai “ supporters action group v2.2 sponsored by Dunlop Tennis Balls

Do you think it might be a good idea to protest outside the Chinese embassy, might get our owners attention or attention on our owner? - Don't want to panic him into just getting rid of the club, still want him to sell to someone with the finances and intention of running the club. Wouldn't recomme...

Can’t afford the tax bill but they can give every kid a oxf*rd rumble stick.

Edit: old man shouts at kids for having fun etc etc

Edit edit: to be fair it’s bouncing in here today despite Burton bringing what looks like less than 100.

Re: another, another, yes another - you heard me right, another embargo 2023 for late PAYE payments

Why should this silence the critics? The club are up to their neck in shite thanks to that Chinese crook. All that’s happened is employees have been paid on time which is a basic requirement. The vultures will be circling looking to pick off the cream of the club's employees. After all. Who in thei...

Everyone leave at 80 minutes booing loudly.

Not only will it get the message across but it’ll screw over all the regular 80/85 minute abandoners.

Re: If We Go Under...

I think I might have a go at getting into MLS. The owner of the baseball team I follow also owns a football team so there would be some convenience in holidaying.

Re: BTFG Cambridge

I think we’re using Hutchinson wrong. He’s not creative, he’s probably not even a midfielder at this point but I think he’s useful. I thought he was immense shepherding the defensive line as the linchpin of a back 3 at the beginning of last season and I’d like to see a bit more of that now that we h...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Cambridge United (a)

Pepe the Horseman The Cambridge GK kit has to be a contender for worst kit of the season.

It invokes something of an old Dulux logo crossed with a 90s leisure centre.

Re: transfer deadline day thread

We will only get better as the young players develop. Expecting a strong finish to the season. As I see it there should be a slight note of caution in that I believe they play fewer games at youth level and they could potentially be absolutely knackered 2/3rds of the way through the season. Hopeful...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

They probably make more money this way. Sure they’ll piss a few people off but people buying merch largely enter wanting to buy some merch and will walk out with something regardless of whether it’s actually wanted.

People only think they want choice, in reality we’re spending that money anyway.

Sad to see him go. Obviously he wanted out but I’d have liked to have seen him stay mostly as something a bit different off the bench when we’re chasing games and what we’re doing isn’t working.

Pumping the breaks on my optimism a little because of the very early red card. Love the three points and beating what’s in front of us but I don’t feel like I can really get a flavour for how good they actually are from that.
