FiNeRaIn Abysmal game, watford have got to be the most boring side we have played this season. I defended them in the week, but they have a habbit of bringing people down to their level. Woeful match.

Exactly what I said above, about bringing people down to their level

The Goat was fed BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOREEEEEEEEEED.

Yes Im struggling to keep an interest in the commentary, especially when Watford are the better team. Werent Watford the better team in our 0-0 draw at Vicarage Road last season?

Watford have some tall players - why is Hahnemann hoofing forward every goal kick? :? Probably just an example of what a scrappy game it was always going to be against such a physical side. Having seen Watford on TV twice against Fulham and Man City they are good at bringing teams to their level. I...

Lita sounds like the sharpest but he keeps running offside. To quick for Watford's snail-paced defence, I suppose. Thats as positive sign, hopefully he'll get given onside from a tight decision. I thought Watford's offside trap was going to be our main threat today, they do play alarmingly h...

For some reason I can listen to BBC RB on the net today

Agree classic comment from Tim Dellor about the 2 games, today has been just as tough and scrappy as I expected but we're doing ok atm.

Re: Making the wrong decision.

Henderson Did he really make the wrong decision? How was he to know that we would be in the Premiership at the same time as his current employers. In fact I would go as far as to say him and Ashdown made the right decision at the right stage of their careers, it's just that they didn't turn out to ...

As for the Sky studio debate having watched all the Sky games this season, it seems to me that Sky only use that temporary studio for Prem Plus games. For all the other games they're in thew Upper West? My dad and I also had a good look at the scoreboard and where the studio would be last week, and ...

With the HP car park closing, my Dad and I decided to park in the car park next to the old brewery for the Charlton game. Granted we got there very early (it was quite eerie not seeing other fans walking to the ground along the A33) but there were no problems parking and it took no longer to get out...

Caskey or Cureton both for different reasons as they used to be my 2 favourite players when they were at the club, closely followed by Forster. I thought at the time we could have done more to keep Caskey, and the whole contract situation seemed a total mess. We turned down a 750k bid from Wimbledon...

I think JM is being a bit harsh on Murts really. I can't imagine any player spending 10 years at the club in the future, especially now we're in the Prem. Players will always want to go to bigger clubs, make more money etc. Also Murty has made such amazing progress in his time at the club given the ...

Couldn't the fact that Marcus is kicking more than throwing this season because he's been told to do this? I'm sure he's not being told to kick it straight out but he probably has been told to direct his kicks to the wings. If this isn't wanted, I'm sure that instructions would come onto the pitch ...

My dad had this message come up when I tried to buy tickets for the Blackburn game. He then phoned up the ticket office and bingo 2 tickets in the East Stand :D I'm still surprised we got them in the East Stand, guess it shows there are ST holders not going to the games who are losing money by not ...

Warfield Royal They announced on the BBC Radio Berkshire breakfast show on Monday morning that they are expecting their first child in May.

Surprised this hasn't already been mentioned on here, but I'd like to echo those sentiments, and also wish Grame a happy 32nd birthday albeit a day late

1 shot on target, and only 4 shots in total. Sorry, the trend continues. We aren't creating enough, not even close. I'll read the match reports tomorrow to determine whether, as claimed on this thread, Liverpool fans genuinely think that '2-0 flattered them' but 19 shots on goal tells you something...

We haven't won a league game without him. Speaks volumes. Apart from West Ham (A) where the team was: Reading: Hahnemann, De la Cruz, Sonko, Ingimarsson, Shorey, Ki-Hyeon (Hunt 79), Harper, Sidwell, Convey (Gunnarsson 77), Lita (Long 67), Doyle. Subs Not Used: Stack, Bikey. Agree with the sentiment...

Under the rules, Hahnemann should have been sent off. Without argument. The fact that Wiley "applied common sense" makes us very lucky. To para phrase one very witty observer: "these things have a habit of evening themselves out over a season so let's hope that all our luck is not us...

Personally I think thats a little short sighted but I suppose he has his hands tied by our lack of options in the squad. It's not like we had another left winger in the squad or anything......... With Little out injured at the start of the season and us playing a series winnable games, Coppell poss...
