Re: Royals on the Box/Internet Thread

Moving weekend games to a Thursday is Sky taking the piss, but having the Blackburn game on the Sunday works better for me, so I'll call it a draw.

Re: CONFIMRED - Paolo Hurtado

Like most I hope Paolo fulfills expectations and gives an alternative winger to McCleary, both working the flanks could be really good to watch. Just hope the journalist comment: You never know what you are going to get when Paolo has the ball. He’s really, really quick. That’s one of his best attr...

Re: MK Dons - I'm looking forward to seeing

Reading playing home matches in Taunton rebranded as Somerset Royals.

If the people of Miltom Keynes wanted league football, maybe they should have supported Wolveton Town (their local team) through the pyramid.

Say NO to franchise football.

Re: BFTG - Leeds

Thought Blackman started brightly, but ran down blind alleys most of the second half.

Wasn't that impressed with Sa, he seemed more interested in appealing for free kicks than actually creating anything.

Don't agree with the doom & gloom though. Just a game where both defences dominated.

Re: BFTG - Brentford

Hector caught napping for the first; Pearce tried to block the man rather than the ball (and got neither) for the second. Thank God Fedders kept the score respectable. Seemed like we had a shoot on sight policy in the first half. Shame it wasn't also shoot on target. Second half it was back to over ...

Re: BFTG - Arsenal

Proud & gutted in equal measure. Just watched it again on TV. The second half was a fantastic game of football. Real end to end stuff in the last 5 minutes. Poor mistake from Federici, but it was his save that got us to extra time in the first place. Williams & Hector were immense. Williams ...

Bloke behind me in 118 was quick to abuse HRK whenever he made a mistake, but didn't seem to notice that for most of the second half he was excellent.

Re: Funny / Annoying things you heard on Saturday..

Saw a Reading fan with a Reading shirt on yesterday. On the back it said "Never Forget" and then 96 as the numbers. WTF? Has absolutely fcuk all to do with Reading. But quite appropriate for an FA Cup Semi Final. At half time the concourse TVs were showing Chelsea v Man Utd. Even Wembley ...

Re: Group Save Train Tickets (move if necessary but importan

On their Facebook page, the FSF are saying that FGW have now agreed to honour pre-booked Group Savers for tomorrow. There are fewer trains running tomorrow as the line is closed between Didcot & Swindon, so FGW could easily run some extra shuttle trains to Paddington. You'd think they'd jump as ...

"released on bail with conditions that he does not attend Reading's home or away matches."

Doesn't say anything about neutral venues.

Re: BFTG - Bradford

Match of the day just reminded me of Akpan's air kick. Any other player would have got any kind of poke on that and we'd be on our way to Wembley. True, he should have scored but it would have been scandalous for you to win it that way given Pogrebnyak's blatant handball moments before. Can't disag...

Kurtz Rubbish. Utter rubbish. But at least we have a 100% record away at Championship clubs in the FA Cup in 2015.

This.

Our name's on the cup.
