Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a)

I don't know what's happened to Selles or the players but I'm absolutely LOVING how we're playing as though we're the ones chasing an equaliser.

Pinning the poor sods back in their own half.

High risk but just what we need as they were discussing pre-game.

Bring it on!

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a)

Can't help thinking Forster-Caskey reminds me of an ex-Reading player.

I'm thinking maybe Carl Asaba.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a)

Third time this game I've seen Bindon with some calm clever control in a tough situation. Cool under pressure.

Stevenage have imploded. Let's hope they don't find their composure.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a)

I thought Mbengue was the worst thrower of the ball in our history. Can't remember any Reading player getting so many foul throws. But he's definitely redeemed himself tonight.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a)

LightwaterRoyal Looked like Ehibhatioman flicked Mbengue's long throw on and Smith toe poked it onto the post and in.

Yeah I that's how I saw it.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stevenage (a)

Millsy- NGW is not allowed to play against us in the terms of the loan agreement Oh FFS I didn't even realise he'd been loaned out. I thought you'd made a typo. Accidentally seemed like a valid Q. Why the flying flamingo would we have loaned him out when we're having to rely on the likes of Mola.

Millsy We're back on top again. Quite a back and forth game. Could go either way.

Oh look they're on top again.

There will be goals.

How many goals?

Anywhere between zero and seven I'd say.

Millsy Really impressed with us so far. Excellent all round.

Strange BBC website commentary on league 1 games saying Stevenage are well on top.

Last few minutes yes and the very start. But we had been looking far more dangerous to me.

Means nothing if we don't score. Games ebb and flow and we will be under the cosh at some point.

It's only a matter of time before we score.

Certainly seems like it.

...so we can expect a Stevenage goal and for it to all go to pot.
