Re: DJ Campbell or another QPR striker

DO we really need another striker? We already have ALFIE, Church, Sheppard, Hunt, Manset,Bignall, Baseya, B.Williams. Well yes if they aren't good enough, or good enough yet. Alfie is a proven finisher but needs the service and someone to play off of, Church has come on leaps this year but perhaps ...

Re: The Manager Sack Race/Merry-go-Round 2011/2012

These are exciting times to be a QPR fan. They've got some decent players already, a wealthy chairman who is prepared to spend on the squad, future plans for a new stadium, and they have hoops that go all...the...way...around. I wish we had all of that. And looking decent for the drop even with all...

Re: RUMOUR - Karl Sheppard

FiNeRaIn Sidwell was proven as he had a season on loan at brentford/brighton, both were highly sought after and cost a substantial amount to buy in those days.

£250,000 was not a lot for a Championship club then. It was an absolute bargain and we knew it.

Re: RUMOUR - Karl Sheppard

It's better than throwing millions at so called big names that don't perform and we still bob around the Championship, only with less money in our pockets and a huge wage bill. What about the big names that DO perform... as their success rate is generally higher than unproven imports with no experi...

Re: RUMOUR - Karl Sheppard

at the cost, it hardly matters does it? hes free for instance, and wages will not be a problem so he could end up more bennet than doyle, and we'd still probably make a profit on him But this is an absolute crock isn't it? If we're wasting wages on Baseya and perhaps this fella too - peppercorn as ...

biscuitman Sick of this. First Leeds, now this. Out once again. How Barnsley can justify doing this crap category/band shite in this division is beyond me.

I agree.

Out of interest, what has our categorising been for other clubs visiting the Madstad?

No Fixed Abode Does it annoy you that Reading are a selling club?

Doesn't it annoy you that Chelsea have spent over £1b on players and wages since Abramovich took over and you still can't buy a European Cup?

Re: RUMOUR - McCarthy to Ipswich

Another decent move to keep him happy and progressing. I still worry that these loans are just increasing the likelihood that he'll be off in the summer but I don't think we'll ever keep him for long whatever happens really (hope I'm wrong of course). With Andersen also signing his new contract I w...

i think you'll find that many of the smaller less attractive clubs in this situation have actually folded.

Which have disappeared then? Never to have returned.

Folded is Darlington going bust. Not AFC Darlington being born, or any other club for that matter. They still folded.
