Platypuss
Fat Leather Jacket Doyle had a reasonable dive in the North West corner yesterday.

When I say reasonable I mean bloody awful.

My point exactly.

Well done.

You are clever.

I have never encountered any of the problems sensationalised in this thread, yet I regularly stand up, shout, swear and even make rude hand gestures at football stadia across the country.

It's a funny old game.

I would not be bothered one bit if Sidwell left Reading. I suspect we will soon discover that he is entirely replaceable, and he will probably discover that he is not as in demand as he seems to think.

Wycombe Royal I think those stats show that you don't need to have many shots to be getting good results. Look at Reading.

Well well, yet more fans complaining that they can't go to the games against the glory teams bacause they didn't go to any of the slightly less glamourous Championship games.

Tough, go and watch your team at another game instead.

MartinRdg How about score cards for Boxing Day. It would be great for everyone in the Reading end to be holding up a score card when a Chelsea player dives.

That will probably be quite amusing and is something that is bound to happen.

Theme days, however, are for losers.

I suggest that you refrain from hurling childish insults at whoever it is at the club you are trying to contact; they will likely be less inclined to help you if you are abusive.

If you do not know how to behave in a civilised manner perhaps you should ask somebody else to help you.

I'm pretty certain that whoever you email will point you in the direction of the ground regulations.

Oh, unless you want to know about the secret ground regulations?

Does anyone have the e-mail address of the person or people responsible for the stewarding at the ground? Sensible answers please. I think all we want is the main man/woman/people responsible for the stewarding to answer our questions and let us know what we can and can't do when we're at the groun...

I would have thought that for starters the tickets at the back could be sold first as these are (99% of the time) a million times better than front row seats. I think everybody would agree with that, unless they were particularly old or infirm.

Going to a new stadium is always more exciting than just another trip to the same old places year after year. However, Reading might as well have been Boro, Sunderland, Derby, Southampton, Leicester or any other generic new stadium. Four stands, one tier, built near a motorway in fields with nothin...

Was Liverpool's victory in the FA Cup this year a greater achievement than the last time Man United won it because, I dunno, the game went on for longer? Or are they both FA Cups at the end of the day? Man United played more games on their way to victory in Cardiff this year than Liverpool did, so o...
