Re: Next seasons kit choice?

I'm reviewing my opinion, I thought it was a bad kit, I now believe it to be the worst kit in my entire supporting career, and that includes the red arrow kit and the TV interference kit. Given the positioning of the sponsors logo, I cannot see how there would be room for any other hoops. Blue sleev...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

So, in summary, surely its the same, but with a different neck, a different shoulder patch, a different badge location and by the looks of it a different layout of the first hoop compared to the shoulder patch. So apart from not being the same as that shirt, its the same? My overiding fear is that ...

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Ian Royal IRC Kes is yet to offer us a designing including a red shoulder patch for the puma logo... So even in his 15 attempts, he's still not got it right.

He's probably editing a post as we type.

Re: Next seasons kit choice?

Remember the kit we had back in 2001, well looks like this one is exactly the same except that it has a v neck and a red shoulder panel/patch on the right hand side with the puma logo. Sounds frightful! Expecting the away kit to be a horrible colour yellow with one blue bar across the front. ^ this...

Re: RUMOUR - Simon Church

As far as I am concerned Churchy is one of our own and one I have watched him coming through the Academy ranks since he was 17 - so if he does go I will wish him well and hope he is a great success wherever he goes. Imagine....he comes on as a sub in our first game....hits the winner (probably in o...

Re: RUMOUR - Pavel Pogrebnyak

All he mentioned was all over Twitter anyway. I knew about the Gylfi bid before he even mentioned it, from someone else on the board. Perfect trolling, cap has been doffed. Perfect trolling would also include the ability to admit when the peak has been reached, and not follow on the charade in a fu...

Re: Thames Sports Investment

Hampshire Royal It could still be Gylfi. The TSI thing was announced on the same day that the news broke aboiut Rodgers move to Liverpool. That sort of fits with what Bigmike has said. With the Rodgers move, it's sort of expected that Rodgers will look into taking Gylfi to Liverpool

it could still be BS

Re: Thames Sports Investment

Big Foot The end of the day, why would someone potentially fall out with a contact at the club by revealing their source to a load of faceless knobs like those who grace this board?

Really? After all the info (alleged) that has already been given? Would a name make a difference?

Re: Thames Sports Investment

TBM I dont see how posting a name on here will put the deal in doubt....

Whoever the player is, his agent/club will make sure other teams are aware - to get themselves a better deal

Spot on. It's a small world, if someone's available then it's known, as is the bidding process.

Yeah come on BigMike, time to nail your colours to the mast. In danger of appearing 'kes' like with his kit 'options'

Self important 'could scupper deal' claims don't count for shit...

Who's it gonna be....?

Also, I love how the media still haven't caught a whiff of this  Cue Fordham reporting it an hour before the press conference and claiming it as an exclusive  If he does I will personally go to the stadium and kick his doors in  So it is Gylfi then...think that's the most obvious you...

Sorry to be a killjoy, but have the club actually declared any interest in bringing him back? No, didn't think so.
Have to say if it turns out we were never in for him, massive LOLz.
