Re: Any more out the door?

He will score a bucket load for them I am dissapointed hes not being given the chance, for me Baldock needs to be the one out of the door not McNulty Easier said than done though, McNulty is probably on a much lower wage than Baldock and is coming off the back of a decent goal scoring run, so there ...

Re: Next Season's Squad.

From Despair To Where? Bad was a hard working and honest player in a squad where too many couldn't be arsed and a decent bloke by all accounts.

I wish him well.

Re: Next Season's Squad.

Listening to Gomes on the website, he is clearly starting to get frustrated at the lack of movement into the squad at the moment. So am I......every prediction league Ive seen has got us going down and Im starting to think maybe they know something we don't. Think they know exactly what we do.... J...

Nameless
Hound He is more of an attacking mid I gather. Broke his leg last year hence the smaller number of appearances. Very good record the two previous seasons.

On paper would look a good signing

Why would anyone chose us over Millwall and QPR though ?

Not sure if serious?

Hendo Would rather Villa go up than Leeds. Would rather Derby go up than both.

Yeah this, and would've rather the baggies than the rest.

Re: Next Season's Squad.

URZZZZ Don’t think Gunter has the aura to drive forward the younger kids, you could see how spineless he was when he was captain for a brief spell

Possibly McCleary though I suppose

I'd say Gunter is a great role model for the younger players, he is a model professional.

Re: Next Season's Squad.

I wouldn't be against keeping Meyler, dependant on wages, I think he would be a decent model for the younger lads, and I'm a bit wary of kicking out all the experience we have left in the squad I get what you're saying but don't think we're really in a position to have players in the squad just bec...

Royal & Ancient Piece in The Mail today that only half pay paid to players. Is this a fact or a “ Mailism”?

Looks to be correct, although seems they have now been paid. Something to do with it being a bank holiday in Hong Kong so the owners couldn't get their money.

Snowflake Royal I'm banking on Lita filling his boots with cup goals. SHunt is a good call. Ki-him might be up there.

I thought we were talking strictly league goals?

Think that's what he means, Lita obvs got a lot of goals while we were in the prem but a lot of them were in the cup.

Re: Speculation - Players From The Relegated Trio

No, he had no say in his wages. Also, that's not even correct. He scored 19 Championship goals, not 24. Five of his league goals were in the Premier League. Kitson, Doyle, Forster, Long, Le Fondre, NHunt, Sidwell, Morley all scored more than 24 tier 2 goals for us just off the top of my head...
