Who remembers Port Vale away. Last game of the season (1980's?) on the open terrace. It snowed.

Re: Walsall FAC4

LWJ I think Walsall will try and bring max allocation. So would imagine 15-16k

LOL 10k if were lucky

I for one wont be bothering. I know other ST holders who feel the same.

Would def go to any replay though. (I know illogical, but I suspect a Mad Stad bore fest)

TV screens in the concourse

Just a little rant! What the fuk is the point. !!!!!! At half time rather than showing groundsmen forking the pitch, do you not think they could show highlights (I know  ) of the game or Possibly have the half time scores. Even if it's looking at Jeff stellings ugly mug on SSN. Something other...

Re: BFTG - Huddersfield

Well that was a freezing cold LOLZ We were absolutely woeful/dreadful/shit (Delete as appropriate) for the first 25 minutes and Huddersfield were in cruise control, could and should have been three or four up. We came out like we couldn't be bothered. (Except Al Habsi and Mr post who kept us in the ...

Re: Huddersfield Replay

I've a funny feeling that the club could be underestimating ticket demand for this by only opening East and West Lower to Reading fans, despite the £10 price of a ticket. I can't see there being more than about 8k there. Right decision tbf, they can always open the upper west if needed. Had they op...

Re: FAO Chris Gunter

Theres a theme emerging here..................

HRK, Gunter and Church

Personally I dislike the Welsh. However some of the abuse from the numpties on here towards these guys is unfounded and embarrassing.

Re: BFTG - Bristol City

A pretty boring game until the introduction of G Mac and HRK. Bristol came to defend, waste time and lump it up to their number 22. This stifled our midfield as the ball spent a lot of time going over the top of them. Williams showed a lot of grit and energy and although playing a no nonsense game, ...

Re: First Mascot?

To be fair I doubt there are many on here that remember him. Although I did not know him personally. To me he was part of Elm Park, along with playing Workington Town, the guy putting the half times scores on the alphabet board, Mouldy Old Dough and the piss puddles at the back of the South Bank etc...

Re: Back from the sofa - Brentford (H)

I thought Brentford were excellent. Their second goal was the best for me - the first was a bit speculative - the second was outstanding. Michael Hector is a very silly boy. Williams was fantastic. McShane too. Quinn did a superb job filling in out of position and can't be faulted - but his real va...

Re: Back from the sofa - Brentford (H)

The positives Mcleary, williams and Norwood Negatives Hector awful No left back ( which may have stopped their goals) John Terrible.. Lots of fancy Dan. No end product HRK? Blackman. Why is he not in the middle So many issues for Brian to sort out. Personally I would shift all the loaners out. I rec...

Re: CheLOLsea

This season has all the hallmarks of him engineering his way out of the club with a large payoff and a number of more exciting openings likely to come up in the near future. this. I wonder how the Chelsea famiLOLy will feel when he pops up at Utd or City with a big grin on his face? They'll be fine...
