Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (h) sponsored by Keith Scott

leon Midfield is immobile, no energy and no movement our passing is far too slow.

Creativity is missing, final pass is poor, when they do go forward it’s all a bit slow while Wycombe are getting plenty of players forward and into the box when they attack. So far it’s been 40 minutes of utter dross.

CountryRoyal oxf*rd me who is this donkey up top wearing Joao’s shirt?

No competition for his role in the squad either, if he’s fit he plays.

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (h) sponsored by Keith Scott

Yeah. Odd choice that. Always does that. Absolutely shit. I've been watching ifollow since it launched and it has never done that. It does show replays at inappropriate times quite a lot but I have never watched a managers face for 15 seconds while play has resumed. Sky are superb at cutting away t...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (h) sponsored by Keith Scott

Got no commentary on the red button, so that’s a bonus!

Pretty awful fare so far. Reading slow and looking dodgy, just as they seem to be at the start of every game.

With Project Big Picture scuppered, it would appear that Liverpool and Man Utd are moving closer towards joining a "European Premier League" it has been reported this afternoon....... https://news.sky.com/story/top-english-clubs-in-bombshell-talks-to-join-european-premier-league-12109175 ...

Re: Royals on the Box/Internet Thread

SKY have suddenly gone areading crazy:

Coventry City v Reading now a 7.45pm kick off on Friday 30th October
Reading v Stoke City now a 12.30pm kick off on Saturday 7th November

Doesn’t that mean you now won’t be able to watch the games via ifollow in the U.K?

Re: MATCHWATCH : Wycombe Wanderers (h) sponsored by Keith Scott

Some say Holmes was motm material That’s pushing it. He was rinsed a couple of times and put in a couple of poor crosses. Some decent crosses and one great defensive header too and looked good technically. By no means poor but not MoTM for me. Yeah, can understand the inclusion for tough games like...

Re: VAR

That excuse was shown to be absolute bollocks later in the very same game when Michael Oliver realised he was able to send off Richarlison for trying to break Thiago's leg after he'd blown for an earlier foul. And now the "authorities" have said Pickford can't face retrospective action as...

Re: LOLiverpooLOL - Next Season

As posted on the VAR thread-Pickford's challenge was a red and I know my eyesight is not the best but Mane offside? I have a feeling that Alisson might well have stopped one of the goals but he wasn't there so no use going on about it. Liverpool were far superior, even without Van Dijk, and the Vill...

Latest proposed gibberings coming from FIFA https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/arsene-wenger-fifa-rule-changes-19073784 1. no offside so long as a (single) body part which a player can score with is in line with the defender 2. corners where the ball swings out of p...

Re: Swift to... Southampton

Debatable. He did very little in his time here. Apart from being one of our best players the two years in a row he was here? There's just no point getting into it with anyone who didn't rate Norwood at the time and hasn't changed their mind after watching him leave us well behind in his rear view m...

Re: VAR

Are we going to have goals ruled out as offside because someone is wearing their shirt loose and it billows the wrong way at the wrong time ffs. David Coote seriously needs to have more training as I cannot see from that picture above how in any way Mane can be adjudged offside, even if it was a ma...

Re: VAR

I'll probably live to regret this but it is nice in this league to talk about the game and VAR. Makes it feel a bit more real. Last season 4 goals were given wrongly (admitted by the PGMOL) against us for handballs not spotted. Now we weren't very good and deserved to be at the bottom but who knows...
