Re: BFT well I don’t know what to call it without resorting to a lot of naughty words

Simple. No championship or Premier league team other than Wolves had played more games than us at that point in the season. Some had played the same amount of games as us. None had played more. Other than Wolves. Don’t believe that is correct - for example Arsenal had played two more I believe. Had...

Re: BFT well I don’t know what to call it without resorting to a lot of naughty words

Eh? What's that? What did I say? Dont recall saying that. Maybe check the old reading glasses. The Blackpool game was 3 days after Fulham, which itself was 2 days after Preston. You seriously suggesting playing the same team 3 times in that short a period?? You stated that only Wolves had played mo...

Re: BFT well I don’t know what to call it without resorting to a lot of naughty words

No it isnt. Only Wolves had played more games than us at that point in the season, in the top 2 leagues. We needed changes and out of those changes Olise has emerged. The highlight of our poor period. Rinomhota and Richards too came back due to those changes. The slump is down to tactical tweaks. B...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Barnsley (h) sponsored by hopeless at home

Really enjoyed that first half, very entertaining. Yiadom has been brilliant and we are very exciting offensively with this line-up. Meite’s touch is dreadful but been alright apart from that. I’d put his goal down as an own goal as bizarrely shepherded I’m by defender. Don’t look watertight at the ...

Re: BFT well I don’t know what to call it without resorting to a lot of naughty words

Form dipped ever since we started making 11 changes for FA Cup games. We were building some great momentum and have blown it. Gentle tinkering was all that was required. Good point that. No it isnt. Only Wolves had played more games than us at that point in the season, in the top 2 leagues. We need...

Re: Worst crowd

Football clubs HAVE to report the ticket sales for a game. So for every home game, all season ticket holders (whether they turn up or not) are counted. So Saturday's gate will be more than the Wigan gate: The usual ST holders... Barnsley will bring more than Wigan... No Sky red button... Can't see ...

WoodleyRoyal 10,088 lowest league attendance in two years

That’s not as low as I had expected.

177 from Wigan I believe so that’s 9,911 Reading fans.

Are we including non-attending season ticket holders in our attendance numbers these days?

So Bowen is lying then? Suggest you and your Forest friend pop down to Specsavers. Your pal the ref might be able to get you mates rates. Not saying he was lying, just that the Forest player(s) may not have been best place themselves to judge and/or can easily have said that on the wind up. Having ...

This game will also be another go at changing Reading’s utterly appalling record for away midweek evening league fixtures which now stands at only 2 wins in 35 attempts - and none at all for almost exactly 2 years. Didn't realise it was that bad May not even bother with red button !
