Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h) sponsored by John Halls

Joao’s hammy may have gone again. A real shame. Olise playing well.Swift quiet. Hopefully it's a tweak more than anything else. Didn't seem to be moving too badly and now sat in the stands rather than going for an ice bath or getting treatment. Have to assume they wouldn't just leave him sitting th...

Re: ifollow

Surprise surprise ifollow has died. For all of us who are long time users of this tinpot over priced crap this is as inevitable as a Boris uturn. Twats. Unbelievable! Stupid system refuses to let you sign in! Wonder how long this'll take to sort out. No doubt the system can't handle the extra load ...

Re: Obita new contract

I wouldn't have thought he'd be on a huge wedge and he's looked as good as any since his return. The club have, rightly, been cautious in bringing him back into the fold by not wanting to "over play" him so he's not gone straight back to being a regular. Reading will look at how he's done ...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h) sponsored by John Halls

How long has Sweet Caroline been our kick off song and, more importantly, why? Not sure why, since the McDermott days I think 2012ish? It’s quite random. In contrast Stoke have sung Delilah for decades, as long as I can remember anyway. Its very random. There doesn't seem to be a single connection....

Re: MATCHWATCH : Stoke City (h) sponsored by John Halls

Do we think they will still play Sweet Caroline before kick-off? They should do, and the goal music (presuming Reading manage one). And will players still be booked if they score then run into the crowd to celebrate with the cutouts? Shied away from getting a cutout in case I get put behind someone...

Re: The Academy/Development squads watch thread 2015//16

Sounds like we have rejected Baleares' request to extend Holsgrove's loan for their playoffs. A very surprising decision. It clearly implies he's not far from the first team, but even allowing for that, surely staying a couple of weeks longer to play in high stakes games would be more beneficial fo...

Re: Championship to return

Is the Championship having the mandatory 1 minute drinks breaks each half? And what's that all about anyway? Do they apply hand gel at the same time?! Why? Is it because they’re playing in the summer months  Next thing you know you’ll have it turned into a 5 minute break and therefore have a m...

Re: Championship to return

Whilst I agree something must be done about the absurd wages paid to Championship players, there is a problem with a salary cap based on club's income/revenue. it means the more money coming into a club means the more they can pay out. In other words, it will benefit the so-called bigger clubs, as ...
