It has also reminded me how bad Hahnemann's kicking is as well as the run of pretty poor/average keepers we had had between Shaka and Hahnemann. Good things, bad things. Hahnemann's kicking was one of his strengths when he signed, I don't know why it's so bad now. What makes you think his kicking i...

A few brain dead posts as usual. Forster. took us the play-offs single handedly, with just about every opposition manager saying he was the best player outside the premiership. For a championship player, you can't get a much better rating than that. Caskey, 22 goals in a season was it, with ample as...

Steve Archibald anyone?

Remember all the hype about him coming to Elm Park. bumped the gate up from 3 - 5,000 for his one and only game and he was utter pony. he missed an open goal from 1 yard only for super Trev to bail him out.

Not only have we scored early in our games, we have yet to score after the hour mark. Lita's against Boro on the opening day (55th min, or there about) being our latest goal so far this season. Probably a reflection of how much we have been settling for our lead most of the 2nd half, but a strange s...

Got my Pompey tickets today, I refuse to go to UP again after sitting below pitch level the last time I went. Their away end is worse than Pompey. The Away end at UP is a joke. In fact the whole gorund looks like one big design fault. Sitting below pitch level facing the side of a stand and a huge ...

Priority to those who went to the Darlo game - or purely based on Royalty Points? Considering those who went to the Darlo game got 20 points I think Royalty points is fair enough. What will the ticket allocation be as the league cup rules on ticket allocations may differ from the prem. Can't imagin...

Re: Up yours Robert Maxwell!!!

I think Smee was only after the land. And on what slightest piece of evidence do you try to pin that ridiculous and insulting claim?! Damn right! Back that claim up! Apart from being there at the time, I also have plenty of TV coverage from that period. Without Roger, we wouldn't be here today. So,...

I supose the application has been made assuming the club establish themselves long term in the premiership. With the exception of games like we have on Sat, you have to ask whether we really need to extend at all at the moment. I believe tickets for our first 2 home games went on general sale, so d...

I think anyone with a reasonable amount of points will get tickets to West Ham and poss Liverpool.

Remember, the Royalty Points system has not yet deprived anyone of an away ticket to date. Even Arsenal & Leicester ended up on general sale after all the flapping on this board.

Re: Attendance records

Do you remember that pricke on the PA at Elm Park who during the Tranmere play-off semi-final, announced, in 'School Fete Style' , (something along the lines of) 'Tonight, we have a record bumper attendance of 11,506' or something like that. That was the same bloke that use to announce the oppositi...

I had a Great idea last night (BTW.... what a night!)... To increase our capacity and gain extra financial revenue..... sell the seats behind the scoreboard! Target audience would be blind people and Evening Post reporters! I don't have a coat.... it's too hot At Burnley a few years back the announ...

Scutters - If it's the West Lower and the turnstyles are closed you have to bang on the emergency exit and the steward on guard duty will let you in. How does the steward know you have a valid ticket if the turnstiles are closed? They checks it..... although I guess they should scan it in somewhere...
