Re: Next 10 games

Not sure if this is necessarily the correct thread to raise this, but does anyone actually genuinely think we’ll be promoted this season? This may be to do with not going to games, but personally I’m finding it really hard to get excited and just can’t see us going up. Neither can I being honest bu...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (h)

Puscas and Joao starting to get the best out of each other and Wednesday really struggled to deal with their power and movement yesterday, with Olise in the hole too it worked wonders. The big question for Pauno is does he stick with 2 up top at Forest? i reckon no changes needed next Sat, but we'l...

Re: Opposition fans back from the game

The players will be aware they always lose when they go behind. IMO, the difference between top and bottom teams in the Championship, bar a few out of place exceptions, is rarely much about quality, but all about mentality. It's why you so often get odd results and bad teams sometimes look like wor...

Re: Injury watch 2020/21

From the press conference after the game:

Ejaria - very minor soft tissue injury, hopefully available next week

Meite & Gibson - joining first team next week, could make bench Sat

Rino - same stage as Ejaria, recovering very well, so great news

Barnsley play Bournemouth away next week so someone or both drop points, win at Forest and things will look very good.

Watford beat Forest so clear in second.

Forest decent second half, next week will be a very tough game.

Re: Fragments of Elm Park

Posted on Twitter earlier: https://mobile.twitter.com/Jamie_Hodder21/status/1367857553523236867 Walked past Elm Park today, went and had a nose around the estate, and there is no sign that we used to play there.(Some other grounds had a roundabout or something with a sign on it saying it’s the form...

Re: Rival Watch

Best bet wins - Sheffield, Brum, QPR, Derby, Luton. Hudds (say 4-1-1, 13 points, current season says we will slip up somewhere)

Likely losses - Watford, Norwich

Other games - Forest, Cardiff, Barnsley, Swansea (say 1-2-1)

That's 75 points - not always enough but usually is.

Re: Rival Watch

Having witnessed all our play-off final disappointments, I'd far rather go up that way, than automatics. I am enjoying this season, certainly compared to the previous half dozen. We still have a problem playing at home, no idea why that is (lost 7?). Of course, if we went up, it'd be very, very, ve...

Re: MATCHWATCH : Sheffield Wednesday (h)

We absolutely have to win this game. We've had a day's rest on them which is a big factor given the Feb fixture list, and they have just lost a vitally important game to a relegation rival in injury time and down to a side down to 10 men, and they have a long journey down presumably tomorrow so prep...

Re: Rival Watch

Norwich 1-0 Brentford...fantastic goal by Buendia They're up if they win tonight If Brentford lose, are we back in the race for 2nd? Can't keep up anymore. Yep - just about, 6 points behind same games if Brentford lose, Watford should beat Wycombe at home though which would put them level second......

Re: Rival Watch

Stranded
windermereROYAL Cardiff had 27% possession last night, 14 shots 11 on target, I think it`s fair to say they press very high and well.

Impressive use of possession - doesn't feel sustainable though if that continues.

Derby rested a load of players too
