Extended-Phenotype I mean, it’s pretty shocking that the two levers the EFL have to pull either do oxf*rd all or destroy a football team in crisis.

They need a third lever, really.

Has probably been discussed before, but what about the rest of the board at Reading Fc? I mean, that’s how private businesses usually deal with a rotten owner, right?

You mean his pet CEO, his sister and the MIA Thai guy?

Yeah those guys. Oh I see.

Is it different to any other family-run business? For weird, I’ll see your football clubs and raise you Sam Smith’s brewery.

Fiefdoms. A fifedom would likely be a land of small shrill pipes, resembling piccolos.

The Sam Smith Brewery article is quite a good read in isolation, and I can see how it may relate Dai.

Great (long) read thanks, at least Humphrey seems to have his crazy founded on something, but Dai’s?! not so sure…. now I’m late for work.

In a game that no one is watching and considering that the tennis balls/pitch invasion last season hasn't exactly led to anything.

What would be the point?

Not sure how negatively effecting the players on match day, whilst the transfer window is still open, is a good idea!

Wait until the Hollywood boys turn up with the media in tow. Then give Netflix plenty of footage that they'll love.

Agree - particularly given who their CEO is

What next? Doing something with effigies of the owner on the terrace as Smith gets the winner?

Can't SBWD reach out to the documentary makers?

A post match sit down protest after the last home game of the season is surely a must do, worse case scenario that isn`t out of the question is it could be our last ever game at the Madejski.

Think it’s the fans that should do the end of season “lap of honour” anyway so go for it!

Not sure Netflix will turn up given the Wrexham doc is on Disney+

Apropos of nothing, some colleagues were doing training on web bases investigations, including the dark web, and the trainer showed them sites where you can hire a hitman. More expensive than I thought it would be... but still only about $200k.

So I'm told.
