Claridge sits on the fence, tries to always sound positive and not offend anyone instead of just calling it like it is, really annoying. Never wants to give an opinion.

Jerry St Clair
Jackson Corner Nice to see the old footage of Robin Friday and the 13 game winning run team, just shows it's out there.

'greed. I know the footage of a 10 second or so passage of play in midfield existed, but I'd never seen a goal of his before. And the Newport footage was ace too - never seen that before.

Was great to see RF again and recall a time when we had strikers who could find the net. I wonder whether the BBC have other Friday footage in their archives. Would be great if they did and put some on the local show that starts again in the New Year.

Tbf he's played for half the clubs in the football league, so he probably just wants to not upset anybody

frimmers3 i thought the washing up water as a trophy summed it all up...

Ironic really isn't it Frimmers, coming from you who is as dull as dishwater.

 Got him, gone, yes, piss off you're out

Yeah, apart from the fact that it falls flat on its face because the saying is Dull as Ditchwater.

Misleading. The Leeds game was dire first half, better second half. Coventry was garbage both halves (apart from the first 15-20 minutes).

I think Rosenior is good, Claridge is up himself and Lizzie is just a drippy bird with a painted on smile. Clem is a fairly harmelss idiot.

The normal bloke who introduces it isn't bad. I just hate the way he tries to look at the league tables when we know he is not really stood next to them.

Why they need four presenters is beyond me. How much do they pay Lizzie to rattle off emails from kids for about two minutes. Claridge should do it. He might get slightly animated then.

I used to get a channel where they showed a programme called Eurogoals on a Monday and that was non-stop goals, good voiceover and, no doubt a lot cheaper than The FL Show.

For some reason Lizzie didn't read out our text last week, which was "Lizzie, get yourself a hairbrush and sort your barnet out."

Lizzie'd be fine if she just removed an article of clothing each time she read out a text, to the sound of Gainsbourg's "Je t'aime... moi non plus".

Didn't know she owned Barnet, still it explains why they're not very good I suppose.

It's all well and good mentioning our 13 game winning start to a season and our Simod Cup win, but how did they not mention the 106 season?

Just a thought.

I'm still not sure whether I should feel ashamed about thinking I most definitely wood. She's not even that attractive. :|

Nope, though we've had to sit through about an hour's highlights of the QPR match.
