brendywendy agreed- if their interest is real, he gets a chance at the champions league, if its about ambition only then he must go there. but he may look at gylfi and think, sitting on the bench in the prem>>>>>>>>>sitting on the bench in a foreign league where you dont know anyone, and cant talk the lingo

If he's got an ounce of ambition he should try his luck at Champions League. How many Johnny Foreigners come over here without knowing a scrap of English? Carlos Tevez STILL can barely speak a word of English but it didn't stop him coming over here. (OK, monster wages is a big draw!)
And besides, there'll be plenty of English speaking German players/staff etc. English is taught widely in Germany from an early age, it's not Uzbekistan.

Snowball Top Six
Man Utd
Chelsea
Man City
Arsenal
Spurs
Liverpool
Hard to see, even harder to see him starting unless it's wide right of a 433.
There was a link to a QPR story in some paper which said Man Utd had been looking at Shane
but really it's hard to imagine Shane at any of these. Personally I'd love to see him at Arsenal
to see how he'd do with world-class service.

Arnie_Pie Spoke to a few Newcastle reserve team players on the weekend. The talk on their training round is that he is going up there.
