Sounds like it all kicked off in the tunnerl.

Craig Bellamy involved as well. Who'd have thought it?

He admitted the charge, that's why he has an immediate ban.

Perhaps the club adjudged this to be a winnable run, and to get the ban out of the way.

The fact he can't play against QPR anyway made sense to accept the charge!

If appealed its a def 1 match missed v QPR, and a potential 4 more later if they add 1 for a frivolous appeal! Its a shame its two away games as he is currently a crucial player.

The trouble is, if you appeal then often the FA have a habit of extending the ban. Accept it and move on. The only issue I have is why these players couldn't accept the decision and move on.

Maybe the little shit Belamy will get a lesser charge as he is being delt with by the FAW.... why the hell he is being delt with when they play in the English leagues is beyond me.. Either they are in the english league or not..

Chuck them back to wales thats what I say

It didn't look like a foul no but whats the point in arguing with the ref as the decision was never going to be over-turned

I doubt it will include the QPR game because he couldn't play in it anyway, so he'll probably miss Watford @ Home as well :(

Leigertwood has accepted the ban anyway. Will the ban cover the qpr game as he wasn't eligible for that match? Similarly if the ban period covered a cup game would that count given his ineligibility for that match?

Not especially surprised, we've got some gobby shite's in our team these days and it definitely all kicked off with a bit of handbags for a while.

He's not ineligible from the FA's POV though is he?

Isn't it an FA rule that a loanee can't play against their host club though?
